zuzana has great hamstrings and hips. My hamstrings are all full of knots and scar tissue. I have to do a lot of rolling and stretching to keep them loose.
I would really like it if you did a beginers routine. Cuz most of your workouts are way too intense and hard for me. I do modify them but then they aren't fun. Please do a beginers workout! Thanks xx
would you comment in a video of a professional pianist: for you count only the music? That doesn't make any sense. People have many interests and dimensions (spiritual, political, playful, professional...) but in videos that are specific about a topic, fitness in this case, of course you're going to see only that topic discussed .. .geez

I used to train in gymnastics when I was younger. I'm sure the technique's have changed some in the last decade, but I was always taught to push the stretch just until it starts to hurt. Then hold it for 30sec. When you release, go slow and shake the muscles out before you put any weight on them to avoid tearing. If you do that everyday, your flexability will improve quickly.
I was always told to point my toes too. I love stretching and I can't wait to give these a try.
Does watching these count as a workout? Because if they do...that ups myworkout time to like 3 hours a day if you include watching these videos AND my gym time. :-D

I would start with non-jumping jumping jacks ... just use the same legs and arms movements of jumping jacks but walking the legs instead of jumping
