  • I want to thank you, before I never bother stretching because it is boring and I find it lonely, but after I watched this video I started stretching more, when I wake up I stretch and watch your video while I'm doing it also in the evening after training :) it just feels like I'm stretching with you and that is awesome.     More seriously, thank you for the vid. It's nice to see what kind of post-workout stretching you do. I usually do about ten Sun Salutes or a few other yoga postures.

  • zuzana has great hamstrings and hips. My hamstrings are all full of knots and scar tissue. I have to do a lot of rolling and stretching to keep them loose.

  • I'm trying to get my mom to do some of these workouts with me, but most are pretty intense. I know she can do this stretching routine but i was looking for something cardio for her. What's a good one of yours to start her out with?

  • I would start with non-jumping jumping jacks ... just use the same legs and arms movements of jumping jacks but walking the legs instead of jumping

    coz im a mom too u can motivate ur mom to workout with im sure that would be fun... god bless

  • I used to train in gymnastics when I was younger. I'm sure the technique's have changed some in the last decade, but I was always taught to push the stretch just until it starts to hurt. Then hold it for 30sec. When you release, go slow and shake the muscles out before you put any weight on them to avoid tearing. If you do that everyday, your flexability will improve quickly.

    I was always told to point my toes too. I love stretching and I can't wait to give these a try.
