The body and brain is very complex. I actually find eating a lot of vegetables and fruits helps me keep a decent weight.

You should throw in some info about the three body types endomorph, ectomorph, and mesomorph. The three different body types have very different metabolic rates which effects the storing of fat. If an ectomorph eats a bowl of pasta, their metabolism, needing more energy, will demolish the sugars as they are made. Where as, if an endomorph has the same bowl of pasta, their metabolism will most likely not need the extra energy and the glucose will become fat more quickly. :D
