@mkshay This way worked really well for me. I didn't have to focus on clean eating, just calories and eating something every 3 hours. I have flipped through The Belly Fat Cure, and that book just seems to take the 3 Hour Diet a bit further in picking better choices to eat. But, like the book said I did lose 2 lbs every week by sticking to the calories and eating every 3 hours, and I was only working out at Curves 3-4xs a wk.

wow...sure a lot different than EVERYTHING I just read in his book The Belly Fat Cure!! Talk about confusing!!!

@iCarlyTodd Yup, 2-3 hours is best to eat something, and eat within an hour of waking up :o)
