  • I love this song!

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have been looking for this song for about 20 years. I've asked so many people about this an no one even remembered it. I finally found a WLIR/WDRE Scream list that had it listed and voila - YouTube! Now only if I can get an audio copy of this since iTunes does not have it. Will try and figure out a way.

  • This song was on the infamous Street Beat Records Ultimate Breaks & Beats album that was discontinued...I was 'bout to buy it 'n didn't that day, 'n miss'd out on the completion of the series (of 25 albums) a few years later! This was in the mid-80s...LOL...this was consider'd one of the breaks supplied to producers 'n deejays for hip hop music (I guess the breakdowns in the song)!!!

  • Superfantastic!

  • I first heard this track, the 5 minute 48 version ( different mix ), in november 1983...in the middst of the italo days in Holland.

It was recorded on a tape which i got in my possesion. It also contained a track of "Data - Living inside me "...

I know the feeling! Youtube and the internet have helped me find a lot of songs I never thought I'd hear again.

  • Omygod, this song has been stuck in my memory for 25+ years. THANK YOU for posting it. I first heard it on WLIR, 92.7, whihc broadcast from the NYC suburb of Hempstead, Long Island. They broke all this incredible "post-punk progressive pop" and Euro-pop. They had a weekly contest for the best new song of the week called "The Screamer of The Week."

  • @SaschaDuda Hell Yeah !! screamer of the week...... LOVE this song, and haunting is correct.... it would pop into my head all random!. Another one that was hard to find, Martini Ranch " World Without Walls "

  • this is the best version

  • cfny , best , station... EVER.

  • @jjudyjj They played a band called The Spoons on CFNY. Real good band. It was a great station.

  • cfny classic from early 80's. thx for posting. Did the " Puppets " have anything else that got airplay?

  • @Trowerfan100

Don't know. I only know this track.

  • Ahhh....the days of the Left Bank! Absolutely had the best time back then!

  • LOL That's funny, I also heard this song in a mix and it was the Latin Rascals Mix which I have on cassette and just like you 20 years later I got it on CD through the internet.

  • Why can't there be music like this anymore? great upload - Forever 80s!!
