if you want twins whenever type in ctrl+shft+c then type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true when you have done that get your sim pregnant, while she is pregnant shft+left click her when you have done that options will come up, keep pressing more untill you come to force twins click that while no other things are going on and she should have twins

there's also a cheat.if u want ur sims to have a baby girl type in the cheat box intProp chanceofgirl 100.....for a baby boy type in intProp chanceofboy 100......for twins type in intProp chanceoftwins 100....but if u do the twins cheat u can't choose if its gonna be a girl or boy

the second ur sim becomes preggy u know wen the stomach gets bigger then u put in the cheat and wait if ur still not sure wait a sims day and type it in again =) (o if ur still having problems with it send me a message)
