Do you think 1:12 scale would work for my Barbie? I'm not too sure

anyway..did u make ALL of this with polymer clay!!!? like, the apples and everything!? They look so real....

  • THANK YOU! I have to disappoint you; and say that it would look too small for Barbies, however, there is food available for Barbies! Just google - and I'm sure something will come up ;o)

Yes, everything is polymer clay (except baskets and containers etc.)

Again, thank you so much for taking the time to write a comment, it's appreciated!

P.S. I think the Barbie scale food is by a company called 'Rement' or such like ;o)

  • great stuff man, you r so talented..

  • Thanx - I really appreciate it when people like my little creations; and take the time to respond to the videos ;o)

    Carol

  • do u use polymer clay or the japanese clay?

  • Sorry for delay - I use Polymer Clay, not sure what 'Japanese Clay' is? Someone will enlighten me I'm sure ;o)

    Carol

  • the japanese clay i use is "Grace", it doesn't need baking, its self drying so its really good, and also its a bit transparent, so its great for food.

  • Thanks for that! I've never come across it before; and I always like to try new mediums, so I'll watch out for that particular product ;o)

    Carol

  • can you tell me were i can buy the clay grace? i cant find it nowhere :(

  • wow! its very very cute! i luv it!

  • Thank You SO MUCH! Glad you enjoyed watching!

    Carol ;o)

  • fantastic work but pls include a known object to really appreciate your art! I just started today, with one flower...boy am I impressed. Patti

  • Thanks Patti! I'm often asked how wide is my thumbnail? - it's 12mm across - the part that you can see anyway; that's less than half an inch!

Really good that you're pleased with your flower - enjoy miniature creating!

    Carol ;o)

  • Hi it's me again LoL! Some of these comments and my replies seem a little muddled; and I have no idea what the '-1' comment score is?!? Certainly wasn't me;-)

    Carol;-)

  • cool work!

Can you make little food for dolls 2?

  • I do 1:12 scale (inch scale) and 1:24 scale (half scale), but have never done any larger mini food than this. Thanks for asking! Also, thanks for watching and taking time to comment;-)

    Carol
