You can send them to individual users from your friend's list, or people you've sent them to already. I don't know, because I have no subscribers, but they might be on the list of people to send videos to also.
I don't think people realized that you added mix 16, because it was so soon after 15, and it's the same image. :p You should send out messages to your subscribers, because this is a great mix, and opening with Changes is good, cause it's an awesome song.
