I think he a great character to balance off Booth's old school macho. Sweets comes off as a new age guy. Intelligent, sensitive, approachable, and adorable.

I don't really like Sweets, but I do give him credit when he does try and think things threw. Granted most of the time it is wrong, I still like the guy. He may be too smart for his own good, but he does try doing the right thing.

4 months ago I would agree with you cause I actually liked him then. But I'm afraid I lost all respect for him when he didn't tell Bones that Booth was alive so he could do some experiment or something.

Sweets is too smart for his own good. He's a lot like Bones in some ways. Always having to see things in a black and white existance, telling you the truth about everything, even though you may or may not want to hear it. Like the way he treated his girlfriend. He couldn't see that there was away outside of his. And in social reality he has an immature way of thinking, and having to say what he thinks, and his need to always be right drives me nuts.
