  • have you ever been to sanbornton its beautiful

  • Not through the actual town center, but I've driven south along the western shore of Loch Winnisquam through Sanbornton.

  • And you point would be???? I'm not trying to say I was the first with a video like this. :->

  • I loved this video! How do I get to play in the tournament next year???

  • It's by special invitation only, as it's a very exclusive event.. Sorry. There is talk of opening it to the general public. When that happens, there will be a website for it. There is an annual outing on a smaller lake about 50 miles south of this one.

  • Nice swing you got there, Tim. I don't even go outside (only if I have to) when it's under 35 degrees. I see Jason from "ChefTips" left a comment. He seems like a great guy.

  • Paul,

Jason is indeed a great American and fantastic chef! 35 F and sunny is almost tee-shirt weather!

  • Nice looking house.

  • Wait till it's painted yellow with green trim.

  • Great video. Thanks for posting Tim!

  • Wow! That's quite a lake. How thick does the ice get out there? Looks like you're having lots of fun. Next up, a fancy ice skating video?

  • It's the third largest lake in New Hampshire. I believe it has about 7.2 square miles of surface area. The lake is nearly 13 miles long and it was about 5/8 of a mile out to that island where the #1 green was. The day of the tournament, the ice was 18-inches thick. That's pretty amazing.

  • Wow! 18 inches is pretty thick. Here in Southern California, we are lucky if the ice even gets an inch thick. New Hampshire looks absolutely beautiful. I'm sure you'll be enjoying some nice boating out there this summer! That was a fun video! :) Veronica

  • We had a blast taping it. Gorgeous day.

  • Tim!

I need to hit that course. How and when buddy... =]

  • Come soon. Otherwise you'll be playing from a floating barge that needs to be towed around the lake. :->

  • thanks mr its very nice

  • on your swing, you picked up your head during your follow through

  • Good eye. The snow I was standing on was about 9-inches thick and when I shifted my weight to my left leg at that part of my swing, I sunk and went off balance a little. Hitting out of snow is nothing like hitting off green grass, let me tell you!

  • That was awesome Tim. Helps keep the winter blahs at bay. :)

  • Wow! It is beautiful there! You've got a great swing!

  • Is your golf cart an ATV or do you walk this course?

  • No ATVs or Skimobiles are allowed. You walk the course. Great exercise!

  • 30 degrees? Shirtsleeve weather!

  • With light or no wind and abundant sunshine it's tolerable. In the shade for that shot it was a bit brisk.

  • Indeed. The ice was as smooth as a piece of glass.

  • Tim that looks terrifyingly cold with a short sleeve shirt.

  • It's all relative. Luckily the wind was calm. When standing in the sun, it was amazingly warm.

  • Five Stars!!

  • Cool concept

  • lol i wish i could hit 700 yards. *rolls eyes*

  • That drive actually went 575. The third bounce on the ice went sort of sideways. The ball hit a rut and it took lots of distance. When the ball first hit the ice, it went 50 feet in the air. I wish we could have captured that on tape!

  • That looks like fun!! I used to play golf, but then I had an auto accident. I hope to get back into the swing of things someday...lol
