  • The bottom line to all of this mess is the fact that folks didn't do things correctly, it is OK to protest, but that doesn't give you the right to do anything that you feel like doing. Just compare these clowns that got arrested and messed with to the Tea Party protesters...the TP had an agenda, they pushed that agenda legally and actually took back a lot of seats in congress...that is the way to do it and to get things done.

  • Russia Today vs Fox New is a good way to learn the true!

  • End the illegal private federal reserve (JFK executive order 11110 - he made US government notes - backed by silver instead of debt - how did that go over). End fractional reserve lending in private hands - large banks were at 40 to 1 leverage in 2008 - why do they get to counterfit money and lend at compound interest -this is illegal. End derivates ex. goldman sachs stole 13 billion in 2008 through derivative fraud - ie aig bankruptcy.

Stop the communism. Bring back capitalism.

  • Wow police in USA are sick! Police should be quarantined we should go into their houses pack their bags for them take them in chains to the airport where they can go live in the desert or anywhere but poison the land of the free with their feet!

These selfish greedy monsters make me physically sick, that they would prostitute their own children for a short term gain, what maggots, what diseased animals they should at the very least be placed under house arrest by the people!

  • It also baffles how the media showed minute by minute news in Egypt with de-throning of the President. But with Wall Street, why the same level of exposure isn’t being exercised in our country??

  • They finally cover it? Oh yeah by bringing on the homeless hippy with long hair and a blog.

  • Pause at 0:00

    Cockmongler news hour?

  • Is this some kind of joke or are these protestors INSANE??

Look at that woman screaming! Oh nooos a plastic net! She must have schizophrenia or something!

  • @Soothfish Dude, get a clue....SHE WAS MACED AT CLOSE RANGE IN HER EYES! How about not commenting on stuff you apparently know NOTHING about?

  • @introspectacle1 Yep Mace is pretty standard. It was in the video and I heard it.

The spoiled brat doesn't know how lucky she is to live in this country. If you assault a police officer in some countries they "spray" you with a 7.62 mm

  • As I look at these videos, it is abundantly clear that the police did nothing they wouldn't do to any other group of violent and unruly thugs. Everything in this video is the bare minimum and never stepping over any line!

Of course, I wouldn't expect the NY cops to have any worries about this. These weakling brats aren't exactly a threat to these hardened servicemen and women. Deep down, every commie is a filthy coward.

  • @Soothfish You're a filthy coward....if the cops did nothing wrong, there wouldn't be an inquiry into their actions and at least one high-ranking member of the NYPD wouldn't have been suspended without pay as a result of this video and others like it.

You're a fuckin' douche....sit down, shut up, and leave the discussion to adults who actually use the brain they were born with. Jerkoff.

  • OWS is filled with spoiled brats who block traffic, damage businesses, squat in public places like bums, and sometimes assault the police. Then they act all indignant and outraged when the police use minimum force to protect their own persons.

In other words, the polar opposite of the adults who attend the Tea Party rallies.

  • @Soothfish Here we go again with your self-serving Glenn Beck / Tea Party nut-sucking. Go back to sucking your mom's nuts instead, nobody wants to listen to you regurgitate the shit you hear on conservative radio and Fux News.

  • @introspectacle1 Wow exactly what I expected from a liberal. Nothing but childish banter and a dirty mouth.

Be careful there, kiddo. There will come a day when the adults take your credit card away (figuratively speaking).

Furthermore, I don't watch the TV news. I work 8-12 hours a day and then go on the computer for an hour, eat, and then go to sleep. I don't have time to party, whine about my life's difficulties, assault police officers and vandalize property like the OWS kiddies.

  • @Soothfish Please....if you were worthy of anything better, I'd offer it to you. But your choice of words in comments you posted long before I showed up here make it clear that you're not interested in any sort of real communication, because you know what you know, you're right, & you're not about to have anybody with a differing view come along & get you to think that you might not be right. So yeah, I have nothing but contempt & disgust, derision & ridicule for a blind bigot like you...

  • @Soothfish YOUR intellect is readily apparent with your completely ridiculous generalizations about TENS of THOUSANDS of people you've never met, haven't communicated with directly in any way, and yet you pretend to have ANY knowledge of the situation. You're pathetic, and deserving of nothing more than scorn for your assholish, self-righteous grandiosity. You want respect, you gotta give it....and you make it very clear you aren't about to do that, are ya? So ya, you can suck it, clown.

  • @introspectacle1 Actually my "generalizations" are quite accurate and describe a great many other radical liberal gatherings. The property damage reports speak for themselves. Also go ask the employees who are late to work.

I am under no obligation to be respectful towards deliberately malicious people. They will remain malicious no matter how I speak or act towards them. So I might as well be truthful and say what I really think of their chosen lifestyle.

  • @introspectacle1 The only good thing that I have to say about the OWS protests is that they are so disorganized and devoid of intellectual substance that pretty much anyone can show up to them, even right wingers protesting big bank lobbyists. So there may be a few protestors who are not sleazebag communists but this is definitely not a majority. However, my original statement that they leave a mess behind is factually correct.

  • Hippies run the government now and are gonna kill hippies!

  • Mace a hipster, win an ipod

  • end the fed

  • dont let globalists hijack the movement fuck all mainstream media

  • @FightTh3P0wer I'm confused with your statement. The overwhelming majority of mainstream media both print & TV is left & donate heavily to the Democratic party. They promote & give more space & time to the left. A lot of folks bash FOX & true they're owned by a more conservative Rupert Murdoch's NewsCorp but they're the lone ranger on the Right. Most major U.S. cities now have one newspaper & those tend to lean left. The entertainment & music industries are left. So I don't get your statement.

  • @FightTh3P0wer What's more this very video from MSNBC, it's sister NBC & their parent company General Electric are left & support Democrats heavily & have for quite some time. So as someone who supports the left, Democratic & Socialistic ideologies [you?] should be happy to be represented by not just one voice but by many voices of which are all mainstream, highly visible, "reputable" & "influential."

  • @CurtisTuch lololol the democrats arent in a million years socialist and nether am i, i am left wing but not socialist communist any of that shite. authority can get to fuck. politicians are scum and power corrupts so basically we need total revelution but not with murder or anything like that

  • @CurtisTuch the democrats are the party for wall street, the financial advisers for obama all come from big banks, they also bailed out wall street, the democrats are a center party. anyone who supports free market capitalism IS NOT left wing the democrats and the majority of media outlets support these things. plus bias media is bad even if it favouring your side. fuck democrats, republicans, fox, cnn, msnbc. fuck them all. they are manipulative, deceptive rats. direct democracy now!!!!

  • (cont) DON'T BE FOOLED INTO ACCEPTING FULL-BLOWN STATE RUN HEALTHCARE, STATE RUN THIS, STATE RUN THAT! THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT! READ YOUR HISTORY ABOUT COLLECTIVISM AND FABIAN PRINCIPLES and how all despots LOVE collectivism! Now, how am I a leftist, lynxfootball4life?

  • THIS IS CRONY CAPITALISM, NOT FREE MARKET CAPITALISM. So, CRONY CAPITALISM (CORPORATISM) IS TO BLAME, NOT FREE MARKET (cont) CAPITALISM! DON'T LET THE GOVERNMENT'S PROPAGANDA MACHINE FOOL YOU DUPES INTO ACCEPTING EVEN MORE FUCKING GOVERNMENT THAN WE ALREADY HAVE! WE HAVE TOO MUCH GOVERNMENT, AND TOO MUCH CRONYISM BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND MAJOR BANKS AND CORPORATIONS! (cont)

  • those fucking cops assholes

  • these people wouldn't have been maced if protestors obeyed the cops and stopped blocking traffic.

  • @tsharpmac420 Or if they were sitting around smoking weed and posting to YouTube while the real patriots risk their life and liberty to force change on a system that won't change otherwise.

But don't worry about that...just roast another bowl and let adults handle the business of revolution so you can enjoy the fruits of their labors.

  • @introspectacle1 if they were really trying to force change on the system that wont change other wise then they would be going after the part of the system that they can actually change....... DC. But no they are dumb cunts to stupid to even realize that.

  • @tsharpmac420 Hardly....instead, you're too cowardly and short-sighted to believe in the power of true patriotism to change this country.

The only "dumb cunt" in this exchange is you...perhaps if you put the joint down long enough to be able to actually use your brain, you might be able to see Occupy for what it really is, rather than what you choose to see it for because you have trouble thinking for yourself.

  • @introspectacle1 Nothing in this country will change unless we change dc first.

  • @tsharpmac420 Agreed....you don't see how these protests are aiming to do just that? One of the main points of this movement is to get the money out of politics, thus "changing DC"....to undermine and find fault with this entire movement based on a minor difference of opinion about where / how they should be seems to belie a bias about the reason for the movement.

Besides, isn't it better to do ANYTHING that NOTHING? Justifying one's skepticism of the movement by nitpicking is sadly suspect.

  • @introspectacle1 That is not my only reason for the view of the group I currently have, it does form most of it but the thing that has really pushed me away is those indiviuals that extremely confrontational. They want to get arrested, they want to provke authority. The vast majority are peaceful protesters, like the one in vegas the other day and all over the country, but no one has spoke out against the confrontational additude present in NYC.

  • @introspectacle1 The day that I become confrontational with the 50 is the day the 50 starts killing protersters like n lybia, syria, iran, and egypt. I will not do it because a small faction that is taunting the 50 which is causing the 50 2 go after not only them but innocent ppl like those chicks who got maced or the customer that got arrested at the bank. Neither 1 of those incidents would have taken place if those seeking confrontations stayed out of the street and left the bank when told 2

  • @tsharpmac420 That's just it, though....the Occupy movement is about civil disobedience, which involves disobeying authorities in a non-violent but assertive way that brings attention to the cause. Historic changes in society & politics have been accomplished over the last two centuries by using civil disobedience, because having the means to violently overthrow a corrupt government but using peaceful methods instead is a greater demonstration of power and will than simply shooting your "enemy".

  • @introspectacle1 like i said the day cops start killing protesters is the day i will be taking my AR downtown but until then i will remain peaceful, no what i mean?

  • @tsharpmac420 I do know what you mean, but I guess the thing I have trouble understanding is why it would take cops killing peaceful protesters for you to support the movement.

Obviously, the odds that cops will start mowing down protesters with gunfire is slim-to-none. But to let things get that bad seems like letting things get WAY out of hand before trying to change anything. And that's why I'm sayin' that it's better to promote changing the system BEFORE it gets that bad.....

  • @introspectacle1 these cops are not just beating up random fucks for no reason, they are beating on people, some who did not deserve a beating, because of the actions of other protesters who are provoking the police. There have been 1000 arrests in NYC alone, that is not just the cops rounding people up for no reason that is cops rounding up people who are not peaceful and are not obeying the laws. Is that so hard to understand.

  • @tsharpmac420 C'mon, now....of course it's not hard to understand. I think it's safe to say that if anyone is having trouble understanding a simple concept, it's you and others like you who simply refuse to see the good that can come from non-violent resistance.

The people being arrested are almost ALL being arrested for things like "failure to comply with lawful demand" and other such civil disobedience charges....in fact, I haven't seen a single arrest / arraignment for a "violent" crime.

  • @introspectacle1 I didn't say any thing about protesters being violent, i said there are those that are PROVOKING law enforcement to take action is exactly what some one who knowingly disobeys a lawful order is doing. You are the one who can not understand the difference between passive and aggressive resistance. A person who peacefully protests and complies when given lawfully orders is passive. A person who ignores lawful orders and seeks out confrontations with LEOs are aggressive.

  • @tsharpmac420 I think before you prove yourself to be even more ignorant of the nature of civil disobedience, you should try looking it up...because passive resistance / civil disobedience is NOT aggression. Simply disobeying direction given by law enforcement is NOT aggressive. EVERY "non-violent" protest movement in history has resulted in the protesters either being arrested, assaulted, or both...it WASN'T simply because they were being aggressive. Really, do yourself a favor and study dude.

  • @introspectacle1 it is aggresssive when you seek out the police with the specific intent to provoke a confrontation.

  • @tsharpmac420 Oh, now the protesters are "seeking" the police? The police are the ones "seeking" the protesters....if the police didn't GO to the protesters, the protesters would not be inclined to march down to the police station to ensure they had contact with the police.

No, my friend, you have it wrong. Te police are the ones "seeking the protesters"...now as for a "specific intent to provoke a confrontation": the police are issuing orders they KNOW cannot be obeyed by a protester, thus...

  • @introspectacle1 really cops can't tell people blocking traffic to GTFO out of the street? watch?v=AD5z4x5tH1o

heres an Idea, if you are standing there and cops are like hey get the fuck out of the street, comply it is a lawfull order

  • @tsharpmac420 Okay, so what you're saying is that the rights of people to get to their destination in a timely fashion trumps the rights of the people that are exercising their 1st Amendment rights?

Boy, I hope YOU never have a cause you want to fight for, because there might just be some people that REALLY need to make it to the supermarket to buy some cheese and crackers, and they CANNOT be delayed by you trying to make your silly statement about the way government is busy fuckin' everybody.

  • @introspectacle1 no what I am saying is that the people in the protesters do not have rights that trump those trying to make a living dip shit.

  • @tsharpmac420 Alright "dip shit".....the fact that you believe that someone's right to "make a living" trumps another citizen's right to protest the way in which many (if not most) Americans are coerced into making a living is proof enough that you lack the mental acuity to even bother engaging in discourse any further. Go fuck yourself, and have a nice day.....shithead.

  • @introspectacle1 OPEN YOUR EYES STUPID FUCKING DOUCHE BAG, THIS WHOLE MOVEMENT IS ABOUT WALL STREET BUT THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE FEELING THE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES ARE THE HARD WORKING AMERICANS IN THE 99%. WHAT ARE CAB DRIVERS IN THE 1%,WHAT ABOUT STREET VENDORS, AND OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE AREA. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT THIS PROTEST IS HELPING THEM AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES? OR ARE YOU TOO FUCKING RETARDED TO UNDERSTAND CAUSE AND EFFECT?

  • @tsharpmac420 Well, well....looks like someone ran out of pot.

  • @introspectacle1 who are they protesting wallstreet or cab drivers?

  • ...ensuring that they will get to arrest people. It's unbelievable that I have to sit here and explain to you how protests work and how the authorities work to dismantle those protests and lock up the protesters for any reason so they can simply shut them up because they don't want them protesting in the first place...their reasons are likely a mix of positive and negative, but the bottom line is the police are issuing orders they KNOW will be disobeyed SO THAT THEY CAN ARREST THE PROTESTERS.

  • I mean, really....how much intelligence does it take to understand that a protest isn't a protest if you disperse when the police tell you to? NO protest can be successful if the protesters are like "Aw, shit, you want us to stop protesting and leave? Ok."

That's fuckin' retarded...the fact that u confuse disobeying an order from law enforcement as "aggressive" REALLY shows either how eager u are to justify the violence being used against these protesters, or just how little u know about it.

  • I was really hoping to hear an actual reason why he was protesting. Or something he actually wanted to happen.

    I was very disappointed.

  • @heatbucspies55 I can tell you why I'M protesting: because the system the way it is now allows for corporations to buy influence as though our democracy is for sale...which it is, currently. So now we have what is called a "corporatocracy" or, more generally, a "plutocracy". Bottom line: our government hasn't REALLY been doing the "will of the people" for decades, but in the last 10 years or so it has gotten so brazen, so completely out of control, that it MUST be stopped. THAT is why we OCCUPY.

  • @introspectacle1 Damn straight brother! Good to see educated protesters out there.

  • @deimos420 Yeah, I think a LOT more of us need to get active on social networking sites (like this one) to a) fight the ridiculously uninformed corporate nut-suckers like our little high-schooler boy lynxie-poo and to b) demonstrate that not every Occupy protester is an Obama supporting, soy-bean eating, Bob Marley listening college student or unemployed welfare recipient.

  • @squareXOtriangle My guess is you're just jealous because you're a coward who hates on people who are standing up for what they believe in while you're sitting on your ass whining about them. Talk about self-centered...this movement is exactly the opposite of self-centered, and the fact that you can't or won't see that underscores the irony that it is you who is the self-centered know-it-all.

  • @Doubleshot98 For those who somehow STILL try to align Occupy with Obama / Democrats: most of us are just as pissed at Democrats for being sell-outs, so go peddle your "Obama is worse than...." nonsense....WE DON'T LIKE OBAMA EITHER!

We KNOW he has a bunch of Wall Street cronies in his cabinet....we KNOW he is a puppet....shut up already.

  • If this guy cant afford to pay rent in NYC maybe he should move. That last comment by this douch bag is what the occupy protests are really about. He just wants to be payed for being a lazy piece of shit. Every body there thinks someone owes them something they did not earn.

  • @zildjian674 why don't you read my blog captain smalldick? i can afford to live in nyc, i refuse to pay a fucking scumbag slumlord when he refuses to fix the apartment so i can actually rent it to other human beings to live in.

  • @kellyheresy Let me get this strait. You want someone to fix up a rental so you can rent it to someone else. Why? Why don't you just rent from someone that does take care of the rentals? Are those nice rentals too expensive? Also, If the rental is not to code then you talk to the city. Are you wanting to stuff a bunch of people in the rental? If so Is that up to Fire code or are you just as slumlordish. Does mommy and daddy send you money? I'm just curious.

  • @zildjian674 You're an uninformed, self-righteous ass clown who obviously thinks that thinking you're better than somebody makes you better than somebody else. Go shove your head back up Limbaugh's ass (or whoever's ass your head is normally stuck up) where no has to hear your ignorant generalizations.

  • A would bet a weeks pay that 90% of these puks lived in some idealic community where they never kept score at their soccor games, for fear of shattering their delicate self image and that, god forbid, they could actually loose, in life.

I have message to all of these little asswipes......Life is what YOU make of it, and if you think the bullshit that mommy and daddy fed you if for real, then I pray that the cops beat your sorry little ass, to wake you the fuck up.

  • @Dealit707 And you'd lose your measly week's salary, fuckcheese.

  • KILL THE HIPPIES!!!

  • @lynxfootball4life How about you show everyone how it's done by killing yourself first....make sure to post the link to your Youtube video showing you fail at that just like your comment fails.

  • @introspectacle1 Suicide is for pussies....bro. Go cash your welfare check and shut up.

  • @lynxfootball4life Hardy har har....suicide is for pussies? So is posting "KIILL THE HIPPIES" on YouTube like you're some kinda badass....fuckin' bitch, go suck your mom's dick while I cash my welfare check, useless fuck.

  • @introspectacle1 No, actually, peaceful protesting (Occupy Wall Street) is for pussies. I'd like to see you talk shit about my Mom to my face. Furthermore, you're the one who is on Welfare thus making you the "useless fuck". I work for a living and don't rely on the taxpayers to support me......but I do suppose it is hard to find a job when you can't even pass the drug test, like yourself.

  • @lynxfootball4life You sound so full of shit and like you're trying to pump yourself up online, like anybody gives a shit or is impressed by your little fake ass tough man "tight-laced" facade. You sound like you got your big head shoved far up into your loose over-tapped asshole. You're no better than the next man, so why don't you stop trying to over-compensate for something that you're obviously lacking, you insecure man-child?

  • @deimos420 I'm no man-child, I'm a senior in high school. I guarantee I could beat you to a pulp. Meet me on the football field tomorrow night...tough guy.

  • @lynxfootball4life "I'd like to see you talk shit about my Mom to my face" Are you in middle school? Grow the fuck up.

  • @lynxfootball4life Fuck, you're pathetic.

  • @lynxfootball4life "I work for a living and don't rely on the taxpayers to support me" then "I'm a senior in high school." So you're either a jobless liar that still lives with & rely on mommy and daddy (taxpayers), you DO have a job and go to school but mommy and daddy still take care of you (still a child), or you are old enough to live on your own and you do have a job but you're so stupid, you're still trying to graduate highschool.(cont)

  • @lynxfootball4life (cont) Either way, you still fail, child. Now go clean your room you little teenage naive punk, thinking you know everything when your little nuts haven't even dropped yet, so stop trying to act like you're a man.

  • @deimos420 I'll be the bigger man...leftist.

  • @lynxfootball4life I'm not a leftist. I hate Obama, I hate socialism, I hate communism, I am a HUGE proponent of free market capitalism... baseless assumptions don't make you right.

  • Mind you, when I say I hate socialism & communism, I still understand that a small amount of socialism could be beneficial on paper, but in practice it doesn't work (due to humans' inherently greedy nature.) Just like how communism can work on a small scale, but on a large scale it's always destined to despotism. Every system has its flaws, but free market capitalism is what empowers the INDIVIDUAL not the STATE the most, and a free nation is one which the government fears the ppl.

  • @deimos420 ...and to those saying "CAPITALISM IS WHY WE'RE IN THIS MESS!", please read a fucking book. Our monetary system was run under free market principles until 1913 when the Federal Reserve Act was signed into legislation, spawning what our forefathers had warned us against: a central bank. This PRIVATELY OWNED central bank sets the price of credit and manipulates the value of our money, thus allowing this bank to also control commodity prices ARBITRARILY. (cont)

  • What an idiot, I hope more people like him do interviews. If you don't listen to the police while they are trying to keep order, you are in danger...WTF is wrong with people...just listen to the police. It's your right to protest, but it is not your right to cause mass confusion for the rest of us...protest, be respectable and listen to police...everything else will be OK.

  • @pkato69 And when the police give you an order that violates your civil rights or has no legal basis, I guess you just go ahead and do it anyway, right? Not everyone wants to be a pussy and suck a cop's dick just because he says so.

Besides, the VAST majority of Occupy protesters DO listen to police, ARE respectful, and don't have any problems...of course the media focuses on the problems, because THAT'S what gets the most viewers....so the critics (like you) can point to that and say "see?"

  • Kelly's thought process, "hm going on the news to talk about the issue, lets not look like an adult, I will throw on a bandanna, so they won't take me seriously . Also Lets not think about what I am going to say, So I say um, nonstop. Oh finally when He asks me about what I expect from this, mention I read about what others views are and that I agreed with them, but hardly mention the actual views."

  • @RAV3N202 What I wanted to do was call out MSNBC's parent company GE for being one of the worst corporations are war profiteers, but I was advised not to as this was the first mainstream media coverage and we had no idea if the police would come in and crush the movement at any moment. Alas I kept it general and promoted my blog, got on Keith Olbermann, and now I am famous!

  • @RAV3N202 Your thought process "Find ANY way to discredit this video regardless of how petty and reaching it is."

  • @RAV3N202

    Dude, it's so true.

Whether you like the OWS protests or not, probably especially if you like them, you have to be pissed at a large group of people who act like idiots and A. don't even say what their beliefs are, and B do things like run around naked, etc.

It really brings the credibility of the whole movement down, and agree or disagree with it, there are some people with good ideas, ut these idiots bring them down.

  • this guy blogs about his "decision" to live rent free. if you don't like the price of rent in NYC, move out. he is nothing but a freeloading bum.

  • If your kid ever comes up to you, saying "mom! dad! I want to become a blogger!" ... well, I recomend a post-natal abortion ... :(

  • @fenriz218 Yeah, and if your kid ever comes up to you and says "Mom! Dad! I want to become an ignorant YouTube commenter!", then you can pat them on the head and say "Way to follow in my footsteps, kid."

  • ta-ta-ta-today junior.

  • Loser, don't like the rent prices in NYC. Move you pussy idiot.

  • This guy was most likely breast feed, up till last week. What a dickhead he should be thrown in jail for breach of contract. This is MSNBC, Unions, and all the other commies doing. Where's the truth detectives here? Why don't all the snot nosed brat's and old hippies go down to Harlem. So we could watch the Brothers kick there punk asses.

  • @Libertarian George Soros has funded ad busters to start the Occupy wall st protest. His foundation donated $220,000+ to ad busters in Canada to occupy wall st to divert you from the real culprits of the financial collapse, the Private Fed Banks.Luckily some very intelligent grass roots protesters have started the Occupy The Fed protest Country wide, look into it if you really want the culprits. Wall st is just a drop in the ocean of the trillions stolen by the Federal reserve Banks. Pass this on!

  • @Libertarianification It's too bad you weren't breastfed longer, you might not be so fuckin' stupid.

  • Wow, nice of this guy to screw his landlord by "deciding" that he wasn't going to pay his rent because he was protesting rental costs in NYC. I'm sure the landlord wasn't affected much... it's not like he has taxes and insurance to pay or a family to support. That's what's wrong with this country, these spoiled little pricks think everyone owes them something and they have to work for NOTHING! Then they block streets and mouth off to the police, and can't figure out why they are being arrested.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL i don't think unions count as a cooping party as their goals directly align with those of the protestors

  • Comment removed

  • "directly align with those of the protestors" - They may have some goals in common, but union goals do not "directly align" with the Occupy movement....one of the main goals (and the one I have observed be most commonly shared among Occupiers) is the illegalization of political bribery in the form of massive campaign contributions / gifts from corporations and other special interest groups, INCLUDING unions.

What goals are YOU talking about that "directly align"?

  • it's too bad they had to interview an "intentionally homeless" hipster. i really wanna get down there and represent for mothers and families struggling for subsistence rather than hipsters with nothing better to do though that being said i think the more factions of society represented in the occupation the better-in most cases-i would not discourage any support.

  • Can anyone else agree this guy is a complete loser? He is homeless of his own volition. WTF?

  • @KeepEmHonest2010 i think there are a lot of valid issues brought up by the occupation but i have to agree with you this guy is a loser and has no idea what it is like to actually struggle for subsistence and/or work hard in probably any capacity. i think they may have intentionally picked a loser to interview. there must be more intelligent and articulate people there

  • @jayne22m The problem is that everyone protesting wants something different. There is no unified voice of specified outcomes. Some want Communism, Some want anarchy, others want a green revolution and others want to just end the banking system.

The means to achieve these outcomes varies as well. Some want true bloody revolution, some want the government to collapse, others want the government to enforce their desires.

They are all usefull idiots for institutional progressives to steer.

  • @KeepEmHonest2010 "The problem is that everyone protesting wants something different." - Nonsense, the vast majority of Occupiers have at least one "want" in common: they want to get money out of politics as much as reasonably possible so that our votes actually count toward electing a person who will make choices based on what is good for their constituents, not for the corporations and other special interests that funnel cash / gifts to them in exchange for favorable legislative action.

  • @TheElMoIsEviL Glad this is a Republic....bottom up is code word for socialism it never works and always ends bad. Our founding fathers trusted that the people would correct itself hence the Teaparty.. this is why you fear them

Ron Pual is a nut case but i dont blame him as he co opted by idiots and baffoons

  • @borzoitx i hope you are referring to the original tea party in Boston mass having to do with taxation without representation, not the tea party today proliferated by such eloquent public figures like Sarah Palin-that is about cutting taxes blindly without consideration of what they pay for.

  • @borzoitx I see....the Tea Party is an example of "the people would correct itself [sic]", but the Occupy movement isn't? God, that's so laughably ridiculous that the only worthwhile response is one pointing out how pathetically illogical the comment is.

  • you should be in charge of redistributing that 80% chingon, we could call you stalin or mao bound to a better job than Obama....fail...after all this is an emergency.

  • At least MSNBC bought him a new Tshirt.

  • dumb ass hippie is so lazy he cant even see a barber...

  • fight the power! keep the faith!

  • @TheElMoIsEviL

I respect everyone's right to protest, but I would rather not see Ron Paul supporters involved in a mostly socialist/communist protest. Most protesters are calling for higher taxes, more regulations and even bigger government, Ron Paul supporters know that this is what empowered the government to bail out wall street in the first place. The protest is not even a good recruiting ground, we would do better door to door.

Voting is the answer to bring CHANGE.

    RON PAUL 2012!

    Peace

  • Where is the ACLU??? SUE the bastards!!!

  • The only free rent this moron needs is in prison.

  • Comment removed

  • COPS.GO HOME AND JERK OFF 2 YER CHILD PORN...THATS THE ONLY THING YER GOOD 4....

  • Live rent free? Is this guy for real? He just made a fool of himself! Why the hell didn't he say anything about the infiltration of the government and corruption etc etc etc? Geez, what a disaster!

  • what should piss all of you off is some of the people that protest was charged with terrorism. If you learn anything from bush you would know terrorist get no lawyer.

  • that might be why they gave him an interview. because he would not mention the real and major reason or cut him off early

  • if only they had an exact reason for the protests.. they would actually get something accomplished.. Especially with all of the police brutality videos out supporting your cause.. But Occupy Wallstreet you NEED to have a unified reason, maybe then more people will show up and support..

  • Uhhh I'm protesting because rent is to high in New York city...Uhhhh...I have a blog...uh...I'm living rent free for a year....uhhh.Credibility fail.

  • @mskittie30 good point! focusing on the key issue right there!

  • @mskittie30 dah what fucking moron its a waste he went there bitching about his land lord and rent mofo fuck his blog too

  • @shehan669 damn people like these juz make the protest's sound stupid its shame people who can give an idea to the people are not on MSNBC interviews

  • Hate to say it, but if you are being assulted by a policeman, you have the right to defend yourself. That PIG is to be treated the same as any person attacking you. I am surprised nobody is defending themselves against these peices of shit.

  • @Yankeeprepperasshat

While I agree with the premise I don't think defending yourself when you're facing armed cops is going to do any good. You're just likely to get shot to death by them if they perceive you as any threat at all. Sadly.

  • There have been countless reports from people trying to notify every major news affilliate in the country of "occupy wallstret" and as soon as they hear the words "occupy wallstreet", they hang up. Every major news affilliate is deliberately ignoring this movement, and it is shamefull. The only reason I can come up with is that they are being told not to cover it, and that can only be enforced by one thing...MONEY. So our news is now shamefully completely controlled by money. No wonder it's dead

  • The police grab their guns, almost using them. Fuck this pigs. Army needs to get down there, the real marines and fuck this pieces of shit up. Fuck cops they aint here for you, the marines are. Fuck this shit, i hope they got shot at.

  • @MrFetusKing FUCK.. YA

  • Well isn't this a convenient movement for you Kelly? The last thing I will be doing is visiting said plugged website!

  • They picked a mule to do the interview to hide the truth behind the protests. Fucking illuminati.

  • the protesters most likely didnt pick him the cops usually grab the stupidest one they can find

  • ugggh....not a very good interview....to the protesters next time pick a better speaker and dont say umm when asked questions....seriously it makes you look stupid and people will not take you seriously.....but at least the mainstream is starting to cover it......even tho it took them over a fuckin week

  • I wish the guy had dressed better for this interview. Appearance is very important in politics and he makes the movement looks like a bunch of hippies. I like hippies BTW but they are not perceived as credible by the masses IMO.

  • @MustacheVerra True. If they were smart, they would have picked an intelligent clean person with a hair cut in the last year.

  • RON PAUL

  • I wasn't there, but I call it excessive force as well.

  • Thumbs up please if You think this cop should be fired!

The officer was named in Twitter posts and on various activist websites as NYPD deputy inspector Anthony Bologna, of Patrol Borough Manhattan South.

"You know who the innocent women were; now they will have the chance to know who you are. Before you commit atrocities against innocent people, think twice. WE ARE WATCHING!!! Expect Us!"

  • @Overkillerr The protesters tried to grab the police officers' guns.

  • That dude's just protesting rent? He's gonna be real pissed when he finds out what his country is doing.
