Im not sure why these haters are on here but I bought her book a long time ago and I was healed of my depression on the phone in one hour by a woman who took her course. My comment is that theta dna healing DOES work and I felt my depression literally LIFT up out of me during the time the woman was working on me. It didnt take hrs at a therapist office. Nutrients are important to heal. theta works somtimes. But theta healers can be condescending and annoying. Healing and energy work does work. Find what works for you. There are simple and effective methods of healing that are great and work. I enjoy doing reiki and Light Axis Healing. Also acupuncture is great.
I have a problem too... Vianna is "all over the place" ! Please stick to what you know.. The belief work that "I am pretty gooood" is just that - belief. There is no connection here between Theta healing except that this advert has arised from the creative state whose motivation is dubious :( I am not convinced that Vianna knows what she is talking about let alone has made a credible case for convincing me to take supplements unnecessarily. i cannot understand why this video exists at all :(

I tried the EFT technique I saw on a youtube video the other day for stuffy, pounding head ache due to allergies and within 10 min., I could not believe that it went away.
IT DOES WORK! I really think that most of our problems is bcos of blockages in the body & if we either massage, shiatsu, electro acupuncture etc., them out, then our energy will flow to better health. yes? no?

Yes, I would not hurt to incorporate EFT & as you suggest, negate past traumas.
@OMGaNEWBIE re the other techniques you mentioned, i haven't personally tried them, and yes they can stabilise the energy. shiatsu works with same acupressure points. main difference with EFT you are working specifically on your faulty beliefs/memories/experiences and building better ones. so its a bit of psychology blended in there.

Not talking about Vianna speaking to God, but her claims to get info FROM him to share with everyone. In my book, GOD is perfect. He converses with people like prophets (or someone of the stature of Mother Theresa) to give messages to mankind. Vianna did take these vitamins and they helped her get her strength back. However she does not work for Usana, in fact she is not even a distributor. There have been many requests that this Youtube video be removed and the person that filmed it has refused. That person believes that more people will sign up if she uses Vianna's name. Usana is a good product and it did help her recover but she does not want people to sign up just because it worked for her. You should try vitimains for yourself.

Yes and no. Beliefs are powerful, but when you take them to extremes, they can be fallible to. Here's a really crazy example: how do you expect to starve yourself for 20 years (think Isabelle Caro), refuse to drink water, overdose on aspirin, and just because you believe you'll survive what you're doing that you will? It is possible, but a rather high-risk game to go against all biochemistry and biological necessities in your body. Believe, yeah, but keep your feet on reality too!

I have done a lot of ThetaHealing AND Vianna's advice on supplements goes right along with it. You have to remember that we are MULTIDIMENSIONAL and the body needs certain nutrition and all the Theta in the world won't put it there. That doesn't at all negate the need for Theta. Vianna has a new book out on DISEASE that has helped me tremendously.
My dad was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma, he had a large inoperable tumour on his duodenum. Doctors gave him 3 months to live. I insisted he take Usana Essentials, within days he had his appetite & energy back. 7 months later he made an appointment with the oncologist who couldn't believe he was still alive! The doctor ordered a PET scan and they couldn't find the tumour! A bone marrow biopsy also showed no cancer cells. I don't know what happened, but maybe Usana played a small part...

Vitamins and minerals supplement are not really required if you are in good health or not found deficient on any of them otherwise it can help but it is not a substitute to good nutrition. Taking whole organic food is a better option. Human have survive for millions of years without this bottled vitamins and minerals that we have now. It was geared to making money for the manufacturer than helping people. Think about it.
I agree with you The residue left behind in the body from over consumption of highly concentrated vitamins and supplements can actually have detrimental effects in the long term...best to get them from your diet, the elements(Sun-vitamin d, exercising outdoors) and it helps to de stress and not engage in toxic relationships for optimum health

I have a problem too... Vianna is "all over the place" ! Please stick to what you know.. The belief work that "I am pretty gooood" is just that - belief. There is no connection here between Theta healing except that this advert has arised from the creative state whose motivation is dubious :( I am not convinced that Vianna knows what she is talking about let alone has made a credible case for convincing me to take supplements unnecessarily. i cannot understand why this video exists at all :(

I also have noticed that those that can no longer heal, always come out with expensive money grab courses & books. ie: Dr. Pearl, Theta Healing & so forth.
Genuine healers keep healing ppl., they do not offer courses on how to for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. And that is really something to think about.

I tried the EFT technique I saw on a youtube video the other day for stuffy, pounding head ache due to allergies and within 10 min., I could not believe that it went away.
IT DOES WORK! I really think that most of our problems is bcos of blockages in the body & if we either massage, shiatsu, electro acupuncture etc., them out, then our energy will flow to better health. yes? no?

I strongly advise EFT on emotional issues first(esp. on your past traumas, bad observations up till age of 0 if you can remember them) as these can contribute how you are feeling now. i am getting solid results on my emotional issues, and calming down of physical problem.

@lovehopefaith1000 ***You make a good point. I did look up utube & got more info last night. Thank you for the reminded that we can, if we stop being lazy, (my problem) & do this for ourselves. I recently pulled out my "Energy Medicine" book by Donna Eden. I am on my way to my 3rd BIE (Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination) treatment (permanent removal of allergies). Yes, I would not hurt to incorporate EFT & as you suggest, negate past traumas.

@OMGaNEWBIE re the other techniques you mentioned, i haven't personally tried them, and yes they can stabilise the energy. shiatsu works with same acupressure points. main difference with EFT you are working specifically on your faulty beliefs/memories/experiences and building better ones. so its a bit of psychology blended in there.

Vianna is a grandmother. So what? Is that supposed to make her credible? Her name is plastered all over the internet on websites touting her ability to heal cancer and other ailments. Quote from a Louise hayhouse website "ThetaHealing was developed in 1995 when Vianna Stibal, a mother of three young children, healed herself of cancer by employing a simple technique she used..." Louise and employees should do their homework. Vianna never cured herself or anyone else of cancer. She's a liar.

Not talking about Vianna speaking to God, but her claims to get info FROM him to share with everyone. In my book, GOD is perfect. He converses with people like prophets (or someone of the stature of Mother Theresa) to give messages to mankind. It's doubtful that God would use a liar to spread his teachings about anything at all.

Vianna sets herself up as the expert, haven't you heard? Or, read? For someone without an education, who says she's an N.D., massage therapist and whatever else, which is pretty tricky, isn't it when you have NO education. The claim appears in Kindred Spirit magazine - Summer 2010 Issue - page 2. If like me you are unhappy with her claim you can submit a complaint to the advertising standards agency ASA and with Trading standards. If you google scepticalletterwriter then search for stibal you can get more details on how to proceed.

How could the Creator then want other animals to eat meat? Should all animals go vegetarian? I don't think so. What one eats is perfectly a matter of choice. It is ridiculous to impose one's opinion of what's morally wrong or right as far as diet goes. As long as you are not killing animals for fur or sports or any other unnecessary thing, you're fine.

Vianna did take these vitamins and they helped her get her strength back. However she does not work for Usana, in fact she is not even a distributor. There have been many requests that this Youtube video be removed and the person that filmed it has refused. That person believes that more people will sign up if she uses Vianna's name. Usana is a good product and it did help her recover but she does not want people to sign up just because it worked for her. You should try vitimains for yourself.

i stopped practicing withing 2 weeks and threw her book in the trash out of my house. this sense of fear came to me, SEPARATION, that somethings NOT RIGHT.
Vianna did not heal herslef instantly of cancer. close people said she healed gradually. Vianna does not want to help you either, and her teachers are rude
go to Trisha Howell's site and read EVERY one of her 2008-2009 updates.

Yes and no. Beliefs are powerful, but when you take them to extremes, they can be fallible to. Here's a really crazy example: how do you expect to starve yourself for 20 years (think Isabelle Caro), refuse to drink water, overdose on aspirin, and just because you believe you'll survive what you're doing that you will? It is possible, but a rather high-risk game to go against all biochemistry and biological necessities in your body. Believe, yeah, but keep your feet on reality too!

She works for Usana, and all that stuff about her proteins being weak and Usana being the only vitamin she can handle is absolute BS.
Vitamins have no medication in them for the most part, just regular nutrients in food so the idea that your body would reject any vitamins other than Usana is absolutely rediculous.
And since when are any vitamins "inconsistent"?! How do vitamins magically cure stuff in 2-3 days?!?!?

She's not about making money..she is sincere and anyone can learn the technique on their own for $20 if they buy one of her manuals... that was one of the first things that impressed me about Vianna- she is not greedily trying to claim that she is the only one who can do these types of healings and belief work and makes it accessable to anyone.

Hello friend,I believe u must really be in pain, but have u noticed just for a moment that all your comments are so must of judgement which is just using the negative power within yourself? & the lady that replied to you said a good thing, that u can heal yourself, but yes everything works not because because u believe in the money u spend, but u actually have a feeling inside yourself that makes you go to meet the right ones to heal you and change your life.nothing will be an issue by then..:)

I have done a lot of ThetaHealing AND Vianna's advice on supplements goes right along with it. You have to remember that we are MULTIDIMENSIONAL and the body needs certain nutrition and all the Theta in the world won't put it there. That doesn't at all negate the need for Theta. Vianna has a new book out on DISEASE that has helped me tremendously.

My dad was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma, he had a large inoperable tumour on his duodenum. Doctors gave him 3 months to live. I insisted he take Usana Essentials, within days he had his appetite & energy back. 7 months later he made an appointment with the oncologist who couldn't believe he was still alive! The doctor ordered a PET scan and they couldn't find the tumour! A bone marrow biopsy also showed no cancer cells. I don't know what happened, but maybe Usana played a small part...

This USANA stuff is NOT healthy - look at the chemicals, corn syrup, frustose, non -dairy creamer - poison, poison, poison in their shake - stay away!!

I don't believe in taking vitimins. They can be a poison to your body. If vianna has activated her youth chromozone why does she need vitimins. Vitimins cannot supply all the mysterious ingrediants that gods foods supply. People have been taking vitimins for centuries and we still have cancer and heart disease. So how are vitimins so great. Not to mention the expense. I stay right away from them and save myself some money. write4cats

Vitamins and minerals supplement are not really required if you are in good health or not found deficient on any of them otherwise it can help but it is not a substitute to good nutrition. Taking whole organic food is a better option. Human have survive for millions of years without this bottled vitamins and minerals that we have now. It was geared to making money for the manufacturer than helping people. Think about it.

I agree with you The residue left behind in the body from over consumption of highly concentrated vitamins and supplements can actually have detrimental effects in the long term...best to get them from your diet, the elements(Sun-vitamin d, exercising outdoors) and it helps to de stress and not engage in toxic relationships for optimum health
