A13 cut - Backed my car over but got the author medal by doing it properly - not hard

B08- when you finish a lap, go to the right and skip the boost, you go faster as you don't have to turn, but you need to be very accurate

Wow some trackmania guys. I remember being top 10 in USA, I think as high as 6th for a week but couldnt bother holding that spot because thats when all the point whoring maps started appearing. I'd be surprised if nobody remembers AvrilFanGZ with the custom avatar and custom car with the 'Freak Out' music clip for a horn LOL!

If that option is not there, then try some other codec, it doesn't really matter (do not select uncompressed though).

what was the settings that you used to convert .gbx files to .avi files??I converted a replay of d02 and its size is +/-766 MB! oO

when I clicked shoot video in the replay editor, I selected 640 by 480 resolution, 30 FPS, video high quality, 25x antialiasing, motion blur, no 3D streo, then I click ok and selected Microsoft MPEG-4 VKI Codec V3, clicked configure, put data rate to 6000 kbs, and clicked ok. A 50 second track like D02 should be around 35 Mb like that

A01- 24.19;A02- 15:98(.03 cp);A03- 18.59;A04- 5.84;A05- 16.76;A06- 28.53;A07- 27.24;A08-59.96;A09-25.51(.33 cp, I´ve already got .18 :( );A10- 9.09;A11-19.19(I ve already got .66 cp;A12- 18.90(.32 cp);A13- 31.33;A14- 20.89;A15 24.97 (.18 cp without finish trick...)here you have an "error"..you should make the jump before cp near of the left edge...you can improve it...I am playing it for 5 months and I got 246 medals ladder:3500~ and you?

yes I know A15, pb is 24:90 now today, I have been playing for about a year and a half (nations and nations forever), 243 medals, ladder 1085 I think (lowest ever was 602)

A03- about 2/3 the way up let go of gas for a split second

A01- let go of the gas for a split second before the first jump, then move to the left. It is hard to tell you, just keep doing it and you'll get it

A05- some people cut across the dirt after the cp and jump over the wall, but I can't do that :(

B03--I got 26.90 last night; but I can't repeat the feat on my hotseat account. Still no consistency (i.e. vs Nadeo)

B06--I got a 25.51 somehow in a server last night, but I can't do it again, let alone beat the Nadeo super luck long-jump.

I do not have C04-05, C07-8, C11, C13-15. I haven't tried to reproduce my other blue times.

The distribution here is complicated.

I have golds on the first set (D01-D05).

In the 2nd set, I am missing the middle (D08) Nadeo medal.

In the 3rd set, I have Silver (D11) - Gold (D12) - Silver (D13) - Silver (D14). On D15, the dirt map, my performance is so abominable as to not count.

A14---I figured the shortcut out, but my dirt turns still kill me.

A15---Is the dark dirt really faster? Or did you just do that to get more ground time by avoiding the last bump?

A10---It seems mostly a luck map; I can't even hit the ceiling right.

A11---This is my other non-medal track. What's your checkpoint time? I've gotten 11.79 and 11.84, but the author still passes me up right afterward. The trouble seems to be with losing speed in the dirt---it seems no matter how I tap my keys, I still slow down.

A12---I haven't broken 19.00 yet; can you cut time on the first drop into the checkpoint?

A13---Do you "tap off" the gas as you make the big jump?

A11- cp I think was 11:72 in video (I know, bad, best ever was like .55, the trick is in the dirt move to the right and left fast (watch the video carefully and you'll see)

A12- just get a good start with trick (see video) and don't drift

A13- yes, while going up

A05- checkpoint was 11:45, just try to stay on the dirt and don't make a little jump while going up

A06- some people land crooked, it makes them faster for some reason

A15- I don't know, just do the trick and you will go faster

I didn't mention it, but last night I went back to the game and beat A05 *and* A11. However, today, on my hotseat account, I couldn't get them.

With your dirt-wiggling advice, I can now do A11 (the 19.32 one) consistently I think.

I am still at a loss how to consistently perform on A05. I can't even break 17.00 anymore.

A05---What are your checkpoint times for this one? I've gotten close to the author time only once.  Could you explain what you're doing? I'm not sure what's just your driving style, and what's actually helping you go faster.

A06---What's the "beginning trick" in the video description?

A07, A08, A09---I understand what you did, I'm close enough to at least get the author medal.

Thanks for posting this! In the white group, I can't seem to get A05 and A11. They are very frustrating for me (16:92---once! and 19:38, respectively).

Do you have a very accurate controller?

A05: I don't see the "shortcut" you mentioned in the description.

A01: Could you give more detail on the first jump? I can't get below 24.50 or so.
