Actually, I can understand about 55% of what Karl Sanders says (compared with Cannibal Corpse or Dying Fetus, who are truly impossible to understand), and that's enough to get a good idea of song themes. Some of those lyrics seriously sound like the actual song lyrics (esp. the line about eating feces) so yeah, they aren't easy to understand, but understanding just comes with time.
