Did the crossing have mechanical alarm bells?

In January 2007, Litlington Level crossing still had mechanical alarm bells.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply, but only tonight have I found the original footage for this!!! The answer is yes, the crossing still has mechanical alarm bells for the barriers ;o)

As you can see the sudden bells made me jump! :oD Also see the half barrier being raised after the train had passed.
