Thanks mate. Pretty surprised at all the workouts you can do ; ) . Would of been handy if you said how many reps etc. we're meant to do. =]

this works really well. a good alternative is doing pushups on your fists with the thumbs upward.

It's designed for wrist strength, ask a hand doctor or an othropedic about using the exercise for pain.
