Free Running Is tricking obstacles Hence The Name "Free-running" as you can do whatever, parkour Is getting from A to B the quickest way possible, There Not the same thing. So No its not parkour but it's very Nice Free Running, Keep it up =D

Team Adrenaline takes it to the next level, which is tricking. Adrenaline isn't a true parkour group...which I hate because they are sell outs who are always being interviewed for bing traceurs but most of the time they just trick...when they actually Pk it's good though.

Of course its not true parkour...but for a public audience tricking is needed to add some fancy. Based on my experience, I notice in some cases, flips are necessary to keep the flow flowing. Plus, parkour is the "art" of "movement", just as long as there is harmony between you and the obstacle.
