I saw this car about half way to Clemson from Easley on 123 earlier when I was heading to Greenville. it was some girl crouched all up on the steering wheel dragging that bumper with a cop on her tail with many more catching up. It was pretty exciting
Saw it as well, waiting on a red on 123/76 intersection. 10 cop cars following up...like smokey and the bandit
