  • Comment removed

  • i was born at that exact year and day. dont know about time though

  • who cares about your fucking burthdays you fucking faggots! Its fucking SPOONMAN!!!!!

Hey wait a minute, I was born on the 5th of november, thats pretty close...

  • lol..... i don't really care about spoonman

  • hey I was born in 1992 I love classic punk, grunge and alternative.

But i think most people after 1990 have bad taste in music.

  • @bigmak978 don't assume that, there are many young SG fans, if you go to their official forum page, as young as 12. And music tastes are diverse, that doesn't make them inferior in any way.. instead of complaining how today's music sucks why not just turn off mainstream radio.

  • that was the day i was born!!!!!

  • and you like Soundgarden? I thought everyone born after 1991 had horrible taste in music! You get a thumbs up :D

  • me from '94 man. i hate most of the dog shit of an excuse for music that comes out these days. if only we had good music still...

  • thumbs up for you too!!!!!

  • that was the day, year, and month i was born. thats WHEN i was born, just several thousand miles away

  • really?? awesome! that was the day month and year i was born too!!!!

  • cool!

  • @jimjamjolly idiots

  • the chis cornell solo career sucks his two album s are so poor why not join the group again the rock is fake and silly today we need the real band s

and SOUNGARDEN IS ONE OF THIS !

    90 S RULES !

  • you're right BUT he's been a bitch with the rest of the members... left for a new life in Paris... and Ben left for Pearl Jam.. so.. we have the disques but it's past. he's not a grunge authentic compared to the Jesus Lizard or Mudhoney...

  • Actually, it was Matt Cameron (the drummer) that left for Pearl Jam, not Ben.

  • @Aprlmoore He didn't leave for Pearl Jam, he had other projects to pursue, the Pearl Jam drummer gig was more out of convenience than anything.

  • @jpitt916 Oh, of course - I meant eventually he ended up in Pearl Jam and was just pointing out that it was not Shepherd who ended up -- and is still in - Pearl Jam.

  • he has three solo albums

  • drum track on this song.......amazing

  • thats what i was thinking

  • This concert was on my... fifth birthday, I think.

Shame I didn't know who they were at the time, or really, any good music at the time.

  • I was just thinking that this song was on my eigth birthday, and that at that time I didn't know who they were... seriously, I mean it, I was just thinking that! :O

    Plus, I love MGS :P

  • Actually, it was my tenth birthday, I just read the title wrong.

  • Belated congrats ;-)

  • so cornell still sounded this good live in 1996? i thought his voice never fully required from the superunknown tour but it sounds very strong here and he pulled off the high notes. how come his abilities as a singer were so diminished (though still pretty good) with audioslave?

  • Chris sounded good live until about 2002-2003. I saw him on this tour in 1996, he sounded great. I saw him again solo in 1999, he sounded even better. A big turning point was in 2003-2004 when Audioslave did the AOL studio sessions. I can't listen to that; it's painful.

  • wdeboer0 - I feel the pain! Seriously though it's disappointing, but I guess when you spend so much time screaming way above your comfortable range (as amazing as he made it sound) it's bound to wear down your voice after some time. Having said that, search Chris Cornell Like Suicide Live Toronto. Does a nice job of that and it's 2008... maybe not like it used to be, but worth a listen.

  • kim thayil is awsome

  • someaw

  • well he should at least hold the camera still

  • Pitty this video is not that good(image), but the audio shows they were a kick ass band live. Never saw them live, and I regret it. Soudgarden reunion please!

*Check Loose Ground for some new Rock/Grunge*

  • fuck you I can play the hell out of this song on my drums!!!

  • Cornell's better days

  • HE HAD BETTER DAYS BEFORE THIS

  • I think he means his time in AUdioslave and as a predominantly solo artist

  • yeah I know that. I was refering back to the early 90s when Cornell was at the top of his game.

  • amen to that! Cornell's music is a sell out these days

  • Yeah, even old band members have a hard time caring for him & his "new sound"

but i guess everyone goes through changes

some good some bad & some both i guess

  • I have the video, tried to upload it some times but I don't know what's the permission they ask!!!

  • Can someone find the music video for this it was here but it was taken off for some reason it was also in my favorites. Please put it back on.

  • Soundgarden spoonman cover digitech. Type that and watch a great guitar performance!!!

  • please fucktards take away your stupid homemade videos of your pathetic self tryin to play the goddamn song!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • he's just saying to the public that he's blind and need more spoons... and only when he's on drugs his voice seems to be pure.. weird!

  • i love telecasters...

  • Fairfax, VA, 11-22-96. I have the audio bootleg.

  • Was the music that loud there, that it made the video skip?

  • no, the music was very quiet

  • good thing

  • lol i was kidding, of course its loud its a concert lol

  • Miss them..

  • Excellent, thanks for the info. That's one month after I went to see them; it's the same tour, I thought it looked familiar.

  • Where and when is this?

  • don't know where, but it was in 11-26-96

  • @folatom 3-year-old post, but if someone's still wondering: according to Soundgarden Live Guide (and if the date is correct) this took place at International Ballroom, Houston, TX, USA

  • @tmekt How do you know that? Because of the date? Just wondering. Also, how does this guy not know where he was? Amnesia?

  • @1776bricks because of the reasons mentioned in my post: soundgardenliveguide(.com) and the date 11-26-96

  • Somewhere in the Midwest; I thought this was the Detroit show I attended. I had to doublecheck the beginning - since Ben's 1st line of the backing vocal part wasn't "fuck you all!", it can't be the Detroit show. Chicago, perhaps? The date is within a day or two of the show I saw.

    #@!

  • Great time!!! Thanks. What? No SG reunion? Chris says he's not interested. Maybe he'll change his mind.

  • shitty quality

  • Thanks!!!=]

  • lmao

  • @dopestr33t No, It was filmed in HIFI....
