@whighamz it's good but again you have tornado which does the same job better...you already outrun most heroes with 3 wex orbs and phase boots anyway, something like forcestaff gives you more utility than eul's and some intelligence in the same way. it's also more inexpensive if i remember rightly so you can get aganihms faster..
