  • Still fresh as it was back then. Thanks alovelytime.

  • 29 years still going strong ----- Yes Boss this is grown folk music lets go there :)

  • After 25 years, the first time I heard this, it is still fresh. There are so many instruments involved here: there's such a smooth interaction between them....speeding it subtle up.... This real trance of marvellous Juju samba is taken me far away.

  • I love this song. I am blessed to say I was there when it was recorded in London at Island studio.

  • One of the GREATEST Juju tunes every written and performed! If you can not feel this song you are either the devil, have no soul, or are really superficial!

  • I think Island records attempted to do for juju music what they did with Bob Marley by making it more palatable for western taste. It still sounds like a stone groove baby.

  • thanks baby

  • love this song, so smooth with its afro jazz feel and the deep proverbial lyrics

  • i was brought up in Britain by yoruba parents, My grandmother was d one who told me listen to juju music. It is beautiful and i am happy i can spread d word to others. she also taught me some of d nija lingo.

  • Anyone got any of his 70's era albums? I would love to hear some of those, if they could be uploaded.

  • @Kohntarkosz check out "Best of the Classic Years" on the Shanachie label. It's a great compilation spanning 1967-1974. It's more raw and unpolished and you'd especially like it if you feel (as I do) that Adé's '80s stuff sounds over-produced.

  • I am an igbo but i love sunny ade,God bless you forever
