Some acapellas just won't match the instrumental because of the change of tempo in some parts.

You find a lot of it with Pac because he will start the song soft and end up putting more words between the beat in later parts.

You can make up for it if you have time and space to split the lyrics and move them back to the beat.

There should also be an auto beat setting if you are using softwhere if it happens to be Audacity then forget the auto beat because it never works right.
