@undoingcat03 Generic traceur here. Any shoes with good dampening and grip works. They should be fully dampened though, not just in the heel.

@undoingcat03 Most of the guys I train with swear by feiyue shoes, though they speak highly of dunlop volleys as well, you want a one piece sole that has good grip but isn't too thick. You want to be able to connect with the ground as well as possible. We actually train barefoot quite often, really good for technique.
