I think its ESU. Bomb Squad has an ambulance type vehicle, not a van. also I think that the detecive bureau has a marked van similar to that of the black ESU van.

@theshugchannel No such thing as a coroner's van in NYC, it's call the Medical Examiner and all their vehicles are White with Green striping clearly labeled and don't have lights on them.
