  • ya those two alarms are two of the loudest so WOW

  • Spectralerts....never herd 1 in real life but comments tell me might wana cover my ears when i pass one

  • This is my favorit vid... SpectrAlerts are SOOO loud

  • The alarms sound like they were made for each other.

  • two noticable things:

    1) pull fail!

    2) the alarms had a pretty good beat.

  • Did you mount that system yourself?

  • lol pull station fail

  • In my school, I have those Wheelock 34T-24 alarms, but they are 7004Ts, and they have a strobe, they skip when the strobe flashes, and they are coded to continous.

  • @NEVDAVS1970 It is not a 7004T then. It is a 7002T.

  • I'm curious what do you use to power a fire alarm panel?

  • @hyperbaricchicken101 A power cord, and a power supply.

  • how do you make the 34t go marchtime?

  • iz in ur panel changing ur settings

  • really nice setup keep up the good work

  • how long did that take you

  • I saw one of the similar Pull stations but when you pulled it down it would turn the alarm on but you could reset it by just pushing the handle back up and it would reset the alarm. How did this occur? I thought you need a screwdriver to reset. Is there such a model that you can push it back up with a hand as opposed to a tool? Or was this a faulty pull station? Please PM me thanks.

  • Was this SpectrAlert Advance P4R set to coded in this video?

  • you sound like alarm56

  • It's possible with Simplex panels too. I learned that a few years ago at a hotel at 3 in the morning.

  • No, it actually isn't possible.

  • Maybe not with most panels, but the hotel was coding the 4901-9820 horns differently than the TrueAlert horn/strobes. I'm guessing if the panel can't do multiple codings, they must've had some relay devices connected to it.

  • If I knew the annunciator, I could probably tell you what panel they had. But the 4010 and 4008 are both addressable. The 4008 can have differently coded NAC's. But on the 4100U, 4006, and 4005, you need a whole different 4-output NAC card.

  • Wait... if the 9820 horns were in continuous and truealerts in code-3, they might be smartsync truealerts. They could be going in to a sync module, which provides temporal code-3 automatically.

  • haha. sooo.. the pull station was probably not in fire code at first ;) nice system. they sound pretty legit together :D

  • Those sound really good together!

  • great video. could you possibly do a video with the 34T on continuous along with the spectra alert advance on code 3 please? Thank you

  • He could probably code the Spectr alert advance on the same NAC.

  • 1:31

  • they sound sweet together!

  • sweet

  • O.O you blew a fuse on this? lucky, you've got like 3 NACs, and i've only got one! i did the same as you, except MS-2s and MS-4s don't like electromechanical horns or horn/strobes or anything made by Simplex.

  • i have a zi6. ITS THE BEST CAMERA IN THE WORLD!

  • Kodak ZI6? I've been thinking about getting one of those

  • You should get it.

    They are at Radio Shack.

    It shoots in true HD.

  • I got one.

  • Cool, the 34T brings back many memories, as my school had those on continious, but they have been replaced by a new system consisting of Wheelock ZNS series.

  • That is cool :)

  • I love this.
