Not bad, but not all of your scenes really fit together with the music (i.e. the parts outside of the chorus). Not to mention the subtitles. Always take out sub titles when you put together an amv. Also, the first minute or so was pretty blurry.

I've seen a lot worse though, and a lot of your anime really work for this song.
