LOL at all the negative marks when anybody mentions anything positive about the iphone. I have a 3g jailbroken and no smartphone I came across can compare to a jailbroken iphone. This does look like a good phone though. I am sure, knowing apple's track record, 2010 will be a release of a new iphone, which will most likely again crush all other phones. This stuff is good for everybody, as companies will make phones better and better. LOL at everybody getting hostile over phones.

Verizon does not lock down their smartphones, the Droid is a smartphone, so no, there will be no lock down. Instead of making blanket statements about a carrier, perhaps you should do some research into what that carrier offers as well.

On top of that, this is a "with Google" phone, meaning that it is stock Android 2.0 and nothing else. if Moto or Verizon tried changing anything with stock, it would not be a with google phone.

Well, not necessarily. But I do think the Android OS will be the IPhone OS killer. Hardware-wise, the IPhone has the best design out there by far.

Once Apple installs Android on their IPhones or at least offer that choice, I'll be one happy camper!
