try putting a tiny hand on each arm, it'll punch things with its wing. and will flap a bit when it walks, but just having a 1 boned limb looks good in terms of movement.
The wings are attached to a short piece of arm (one bone) which also provide the hump on the vultures back. The wing is attached to the end of the arm giving it some slight movement. You may try a short piece of leg for a different effect and coloring. To position the wing, select the wing and press "Tab" to get all the axis of movement for placement. Move it around until it looks just right. The neck is made of arm parts as they scale down smaller than vertebrae. Enjoy.

Because of the angle of the wing I did not want it flopping too much. Just a little movement so it is not rigid is what I was looking for.
