Mike,,I wish Judo would have developed in the USA as it has in Europe, please promote judo and leave that legacy behind you. it teaches discipline,and structure, it should be an America PE in High School, Junior high school also. Thank you for metal in Olympic..If anyone can promote it here in USA its you and it would assist Dollamur in PR and sales. I have talk BJJ guys throws, I been doing judo for just about 40 years,,,the internet can be positive and negative,ur correct about kids n Judo.

Mike is is only because of judo in truth mma has taken off..call bjj what you may but you and I both know where it came from.

@lallope True BJJ is original Kodokan Judo with slightly different rules. Judo + BJJ is the way forward as far as grappling goes IMO. It's a shame Mike missed those early MMA events hes as good as a BJJ black belt on the floor and has awesome throws he would definitely been one of the favorites to win those early events. Judo does not get enough credit in MMA, theres a ton of Judo black belts in MMA that ppl don't kno about including several Gracies and other top brazilians.
