David is such a humble person. I knew that he would win the first time that I heard him sing. David Archuleta is a winner too, he is such a sweet kid, very talented. To both David's, I loved your performances. I think that you are both winners.
I met david Cook at an airport and told him he would win!!! He was the sweetest guy..they were all flying to Vegas for Andrew Lloyd Webber. Carly overheard my prediction and said.."Well..I hope you're wrong!" Sorry Carly..lol I called him on week 10!!!! Love you David Cook!!!
It's so refreshing to see an someone as articulate and intelligent as David Cook without being arrogant nowadays. He's so humble and down-to-earth and what I love about him is he's all about the music. He has the talent and the brains to get into the business. I wish him all the best!
i'm an archie die hard fan, but my hats off to david cook in this interview. i've never seen a more sincere american idol champion, ever. i hope he stays grounded, and the future idols would learn from him not just as someone with talent to admire, but with an incredible and down to earth personality.
