My first point, that the anus functions best as an exit, was meant primarily as a joke, but also to point out the fact that members of the same sex do not fit together quite as nicely as those of the opposite sex and that anal sex is physically less healthy (although I am not an expert on the subject).

Or perhaps those with STD's and can't have sexual intercourse at all. Does that make their love somehow less valid? it's no different for gays. Even if, and it's a big IF, they choose not to engage in sex, they still have a right to romance and love.

The "pansification" and "moral degradation" I am referring to have nothing to do with the vague moral principles elucidated in so-called holy books. For gays to demand the government recognize their union and give them equal benefits is an act inimical to freedom and self-reliance and therefore pansy-ish. It is my viewpoint that the government should not sanction marriage at all - of either kind.

It's been determined with reasonable scientific evidence that you're born gay or straight, or somewhere in between. It's not a choice. (Just so you know). @34pdaddy11 homosexuality is a preference but it isn't one you can control. the whole point of sexual attraction is your desire to have sex, otherwise species would die off. for example, i am straight and if i see a throbbing boner i get no arousal out of that at all. you can't condition me to like it either, i am naturally not supposed to enjoy seeing that. gay people's brains are wired differently, and so if i were gay i would really enjoy seeing that, and a naked woman would be un-arousing.

Even if it is a choice as some would lead others to believe, that doesn't make it somehow inherently wrong. That would be like my favorite color being wrong, or my favorite ice cream. If you believe it's wrong because of your religion, then that's your prerogative, but don't expect others to accept that blindly.
