Online competitions are generally unregulated just like the internet. Policies, terms and conditions etc can be and usually are set by the company with no authority regulating them. So there is no way of knowing who wins what in the end.

I wonder how many people in Spain or Germany or France or Japan speak English and go on English websites to pay extra money to ship products internationally and consistently follow these American websites. Not a lot. UK Buyers? Maybe a few, but I sure as hell dont want to pay more for international shipping for something from the UK. So I don't follow what companies in the UK do.

There are more people entered in this contest that live in the US than any other country so therefore in a random drawing it is more likely that a person from the US will be selected. Stereotypically Americans are ignorant and dumb, but you sir are more ignorant and dumb than any American I know. This is simple mathematics and you should know better than to say that it is rigged.
