This may in fact be a Franco Lee Ezute and his Harmony Kings International Band. If i'm not mistaken, he played under late Rogana Ottah (Rest In Eternal Peace) along with Bob Fred, Steady Arroby and few others in the band called " The Black Heroes International". All of them definitely are prominent highlife figures of Delta state. Awesome music, Kudos to the uploader!
