Serious Sam 3: BFE Review by Gamers Armada

Just picked this up for this weekends Steam Sale ($13).. This game is awesome. I took the 1st few levels as them mocking modern shooters.... I love this game... It seemed to have gotten some rather unfair reviews... I had some1 tell me this game is offensive.. I find military shooters more offensive than a fun game like this... But that's me...

Not a bad review, but man...use the right weapons for the right type of enemies! It's such a shame that most "elite" sites didn't make a review for the game...

Thank you for not giving this game a bad review for not being call of duty. Games designers are too afraid to step out of the realm of being as "realistic" as possible these days. Its some bullshit.

I would really go ahed and reccomend you to go ahead and pick this game up, so you go ahead and play the shit out of it! It is really great game to pick up, go ahead and play! Especially if you are new, to the series, go ahed and buy this game.

No joke, it is worth 40$, nah, it is bargain for 40$ especially in comparason of MW3 3 hour story for 60$+. Great game, go ahead ( oops ), buy it... NOW!

Ruined the SS series, honestly. Hitscan enemies, 50 METRIC TONS OF DUST, enemies that slow combat (space monkeys, enemies that can do insane amounts of damage and are indestructible to all but explosives, enemies that can hit you and you have almost no indication of their location.

Honestly, for a few levels, I was getting shot at and had not even the slightest clue where an enemy was. Kleer also behave differently.. they jump further. If you've played Sam, you know why this is a problem.

@penisculatus Yeah, definitely loses points on this because I believe BFE means something different than the intended meaning for this game. Does it mean Before First Encounter (because it's a prequel to 'The First Encounter') or Bum Fuck, Egypt because... well it looks like you're in Egypt.

Knowing the game's sense of humor, it probably means both. :)
