I had a child at 11... It was not what I wanted it to be. I was young, I knew the girl for three days, and if you ask me it just happened out of stupidity. When she wass born on December 23 she was pre mature and had heart problems. The doctors tried to fix her up the best they could. In a few days we took her home. This song makes me think of quite a few of my bestfriends but one guy friend imparticular. Him and his girlfriend are only in 9th grade and they have a beautiful baby boy. i'm 15 almost 16 and 8 weeks pregnant today. I'm scared to death :'( but listening to songs like this gives me hope. The father wanted me to have an abortion but i refused and talked him into adoption even though i really want to keep it. I know it'd be hard but i know i could do it, i just wish he saw it that way. But i also know that adoption is a good option because i know my baby deserves a lot better than i'm able to give it. I don't exactly know what's ahead right now i'm just terrified...

i understand what ur goin thru.. my fiance is 8 weeks pregnant also, and although were both 18 we considered adoption too.. weve decided to keep it now that we figured out how we can at least provide for him or her.. it is gonna b hard, jus be strong. its a very mature decision to decide u cant give ur child what it deserves, and i respect that alot. idk u personally, but ur in my prayers.. everything has a way of workin out if u let it

@96singergirl i know we dont know eachother, but your about a month ahead of me, i am 8 weeks, 3 days pregnant today, just found out less than 24 hours ago. im doing this all on my own, i have friends to help me, but their father walked away and is threatening to take me to court for full custody, i know he wont get it, but hes stupid enough to try, inbox me if you ever need to talk, im 20, pretty much homeless and broke, but im still keeping it :)

My sister was 18 when she had her first son. She's one of the best mothers I've ever seen. She hugs him and tells him he loves him. She does the same to my niece (Who she had at 22). She was too ashamed to tell us until she was almost 1 month pregnant with Paulie. But, we all love him and she realizes that she could of told us and now my niece and nephew (who are 1 and 4) are her whole life (Also my brother-in-law's life too)

My older bro got me into this song. I used to hear him sing it about his daughter. He loved her dearly. It was five days before my little bro's wedding, my older bro was killed in a head-on crash by a man who wanted to commit suicide. His daughter was 5 yrs old. This song makes me think about the love he had for her that she'll never know again, the memories she has of him that will fade before too long, and I imagine my brother dying, thinking of her, and saying "There goes my life"
