  • This was a great lil' video, Erica! I sent it out to a psychologist friend of mine who's been advising her clients to meditate. Great basics, and very helpful -- thanks.

  • Haha! You're not a dork! This is good info for people who have never meditated or are feeling intimidated/mystified by it. For me, Kundalini yoga helps me get to a place where I can meditate more effectively. I do struggle with "monkey mind" as the yogis call it!
