Yes, this is true for the "Dio" in the song, which refers, I believe, to Ronnie James Dio. But this video was made for "Deo", the celebrity personna of Bloo, in an episode of FHFIF. Pronounced the same, spelt differently. I thought it was a pretty cool match.
