i think your on the right track with all the supplements. I have a hard time eating 6 meals a day too. My cousin brings a protein shaker and protein powder with him when hes out and about so he can drink a shake if he miss's the chance to eat a meal.. also i heard that flaxseed oil is a really good EFA like your fish oil. i guess hillary swank put on 23lbs of lean muscle for her role in Million dollar baby and one of her key ingredients in her supplemnts was Flaxseed oil..
the meal replacement shakes seem to be great nutritionally, but i just can't hack the taste of them more than once every other day or so. maybe they're an acquired taste?? haha
