  • I have to admit that It looks ok. But i still like old sportscars way more. There is no modern car that can replace old supercars. mid 60s- early 90s was the golden ages of beautiful cars.

  • Wood and leather, the English are entrenched traditionalists.

  • Hey chenner12345 the Morgan Aero 8 runs a BMW V8 and this shape is the very close to the Aero8. Beautiful cars

  • most British sports cars look to be designed for fit teenagers and not suitable for an old lady like me but i could really fancy one of these.

  • @chenner12345 thats what all morgans look like, they take the classic essence of cars and add the newest technology.

  • @Omega3chimp I'd like to see that happen. A hydrogen car that does 0-60 in 7 sec vs a V8 that does in 5 (stock) and that's with the added body weight.

  • It's not that great, and those seats seem really uncomfortable...oh, wait...you can't drive for more than 250miles and that's if your light on the pedal nvm. XP

  • 1:24 he sound almost like harry potter

  • fuck environmentaly friendly car.

i need sexy and fast car

  • Zero emmissions cars? WHAT? NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I need my beefmaster Chevy truck with the 350 v8 that gets 7 miles to the gallon. Heh, it doesn't even have mufflers on it. Loud, smoky, stinky.... ahhh :D

  • dodgy hair do and glasses tho!

  • looks like a corvette in the back, and a Bentley gt.

  • yeah thats nice and all but v8s we now work..and are reliable...fast..and their actually not that bad....a 2010 chevy corvette ZR1 has a 600hp v8 it does 0-60 in 3.3s it has a top speed of 205mph and it can stop from 60mph in just 97 feet and it gets 27mpg highway....a 2010 mustang gt 5.0l gets 26mpg highway...and if you think im crazy go to their websites...

  • I got that car right now. I've been driving it around my monopoly board for years now.

  • sexyyyh!!

  • it's impossible

  • Looks sleek!

  • Yeah nice one lads! Your a bit behind the curve. If you want a fun zero emissions car try a Tesla Roadster. 0 to 60 in under 4 secs!! and you don't need to sit on plywood!

  • @isthisfuckingtaken uhm, not exactly mate.. depending on where the electricity is sourced from, running one of those can be almost as bad as driving a normal car. I mean, if the electricity is generated from burning coal, thats putting greenhouse gases into the air as well. The only by product of a hydrogen car, however, is water.

  • sorry mate I rather a V8 but its a nice car

  • zero emmision cars would beet any v8 at the drag strip.

  • they should make cars that run on depleated uranium , that way we dont have the 234 million pounds of it sitting in desterts in bio cans

  • somehow I don't think that car is very safe... wouldn't like to get hit by a truck inside that.

  • hey nice video, mine runs on milk and corn flakes and get 20 mpg every day....

  • how much is this?

  • @robthatguyx it's only a prototype car at the moment, not a production model yet but it will be soon

  • @robthatguyx it's due to be released in the us in 2011

  • do they have a estimated price yet?

  • not as far as i know. i think as it gets closer to a production model they'll have a rough estimate. also check the morgan motors website, their brochure will have a lot more info about the car

  • Nice car, the fuel cell should run on bioethanol derived from municipal waste. Much greener.

  • This emits a whole lot more than a conventional car. It still burns fossil fuels, maybe not in the car itself but you still need to get the energy from somewhere. These days, hydrogen can be made from electrolysis of water, which take a huge amount of energy. Or you can use natural gas, both of which use or burn fossil fuels. Until our electricity is made 100% from renewable sources, it is much better to run an internal combustion engine.

  • Yes, using hydrogen is clean.

Yes, obtaining hydrogen uses a lot of energy.

Yes again, until the electrical source of energy comes from renewable sources, it's just moving the pollution problem from the car to the hydrogen electrolysis production place ( + pollution for transporting the hydrogen ).

But keeping the use of combustion engines as an excuse is a bad shortcut, don't you think ?

    - next -

  • ...

If more and more projects come to life .. and becoming affordable - we can't be dreaming assholes about that because you don't want to go for "pure green" if it costs 20.000$ for a low-ass ugly electric car - it will just be better.

Even actually, electric cars are much much cheaper to charge and high tech batteries are incoming soon.

  • hydrogen can be made from water using photo cells. 100% clean. dams wind and photo cells produce electricity.. true not enough to do away with nuclear and gas. unless we have battery's to power cars for weeks or the car only takes 15 min to charge hydrogen is the way to go. companies using gas to make electricity are much cleaner then or cars burning fuel. they have a lot more systems in place to clean the air then our cars. consumers change the company's epa regulates them.

  • I live in the Morgan world and from inside information, the company will be lucky to be running for another 5 years. If anyone likes the Aero 8, then get one NOW! They are stopping production of it at the end of the year.

  • They are beautiful

  • I want that car! xd

  • this car just looks EXTREMEly sexy... BMW or a company alike need to take it and wack a V8 in her, then it will sell :P and yes, im aware that defeats the object of this design.. but will be fooking nice lol

  • @chenner12345 Or you could buy a morgan aero 8 which has a v8 in it and support the british motor industry

  • you fucking hippies the days of a big ole V8 are not numberd and If I see one of thoes shits on the road I think I will crush it with my old 6000pound/3181.82kgs V8truck glass is class but steal is real you rember that you fuckin hippie shit

  • This is a sports car, fuck off. Your slow heavy cast fucking iron POS is so fucking out dated.

Also, it's "STEEL" you fucking redneck. And it's heavy and slows shit down. I bet you feel all safe in your fucking steel cage - a real man drives a deathtrap.

  • yea its heavy but has the horse power to back it up and my and I would gladly race one of these and surley blow it away

  • dont rag on old cars just cuz this guy is being a douche

to me theres nothing like an old muscle car, but i think hydrogen is the way of the future

  • GM is 3rd most likely company to go bankrupt in '09 you bag full of smashed dicks.

  • Nice, but why does it look like a corvette from behind?

  • how do you get in?

  • door?

  • I hope to see this car and similar cars driving around. Maybe it will turn out like the 30's when all you would see is cars like this driving around. I would like that a lot, im tired of our modern cars.

  • 'Ali-New-me-num' An element which only exists in England

  • Al-u-men-ee-um :) Pronounced the same by some people here in Norway.

  • I thought that was everywhere except the US? lol

  • It's spelt aluminium. Not many countries call it aluminum.

"IUPAC adopted aluminium as the standard international name for the element in 1990"

  • Granted you spell it differently, which I hadn't noticed before, but while we're on the topic whats with pronouncing Jaguar (Jag-war) Jag-U-ar?

  • I'm from the united states, and I don't even know. For example, mexicanerd there doesn't even know which your or you're he's using. He said "Your a fag" when he meant to say "You're a fag." I don't understand the dimwitted nature of my peers.

  • NANTHIL aka GA, or Grammatically Anal,

united states should be "CAPITALISED" eg. "United States". Also, For example should've been abbreviated, eg. "eg.".

eva hurd of mark twain? i think he sed it best wen he sed: "It is better to stay silent and look a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt."

  • So, proper grammar dictates an abbreviation? I think not.

  • NANTHIL,

    shhhhhh.

  • I appreciate the Mark Twain quote however,

    you're both incorrect.

If one wishes to say "for example" or "a good example" one should use " e.g. " as It is derrived from the latin.

  • The pronunciation of aluminum was actually changed to fit the rest of the elements - it was originally aluminum. At least, that's what I've heard. Also, people here (I'm actually deep in the redneck south) pronounce route as route "route 66" for example, and across as across, height as height, it's technically also correct for herb to have a silent h, and who says "soot" for suite (sweet?)? Only bush says new-killer, but we all know he's retarded. The rest of those are fairly true.

  • I'm from Canada. I say aluminum. What do you care?

  • too tru......

    sadly :/

  • how do you store your H2???

  • awesome!!!!!!!!

  • show me the real thing!!
