It's complicated but no. Ya he is superfat and unhappy so I'm guessing he is a headcase. I'm not a gender expert but until someone shows me otherwise, I believe that your gender is determined by how you biologically enter the world and not what you "think" you should be. I can "think" I am Harry Potter all day, but thinking it doesn't change reality.

I think what we have here regarding gender is a issue that has been taken beyond the limits of biology. Male/female is based on parts, just as you said. But manhood/womanhood are social concepts determained by the popular culture.
Manhood can be lost in prison cultures if one is raped. It has been lost due to castration throughout history. Womanhood has been lost due to infertility.
I can see how the lost of manhood can be considered effeminate. But I don't see the reverse.

To answer your question no I would not date Chaz. Chaz is just a pseudo man who has to be administered with hormone replacement therapy to subsidize what "he" was not biologically born with to appear to look like a member of the male species.
