  • Awesome stuff! About how much do the Dragon Quest games for the famicom go boxed and complete? Same thing for the Pokemon games for the Game Boy? I only ask because I have a friend that's going to Japan and he's planning on picking these up for me and I was wondering how much I'm going to need to end up giving him.

  • I could have missed it but, are there PS3 games there?

  • It's video game heaven.

  • It really depends on the store and the condition of the system, but I've always been able to grab one in the $40 range.

  • how much is an original famicom system in japan?

  • I went there this summer. I was so pumped to buy a ton of retro video games, but when I got there the second floor was changed to only Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. Do you have any idea why?

The place was still awesome though, I got Tales of Destiny and Persona (the first one, I wanted Innocent Sin, but it was not available) for a combined price of about ten dollars!

  • Yes Ipvids, pretty much everything in the entire store is for sale.

  • You can buy all of these!?

  • your vedo or fuck up

  • Wow!! A video game store in Japan!! Man, my head would explode from the sheer Awesome-ness!!!

  • Whao, slow down.

May I request another trip to that store if you're going there any time soon?

I'd love to see everything, but make it slower this time. Dig the scene.

  • Sorry about that. I don't quite remember why I was in such a rush. I won't be back there until March or April-ish. I will have to get authorization again, but I will try to do better next time.

  • 0.54 probaly 10,000 jus sitiin there

  • BIC CAMERA FTW!! bicu bicu bic camera

  • In response to NickandDave:

Does this place have a PS2 section? Does a bear shit in the woods? LOL

Super Potato Osaka, as well as the rest of the Super Potato stores in Japan have literally thousands of PS2 games, but since PS2 games are still selling very well in Japan and aren't considered retro, they're all on the first floor, which I didn't film.

  • That's the incredibly rare and valuable PC Engine LT (Lap Top) edition. Basically, it's just like the PC Engine/ Turbo Express, but with a bigger screen. I don;t think these were ever released outside of Japan.

Yo no sabe dónde usted vive, pero en Japón y los Estados Unidos, que los costes de máquina sobre $600. It' s que raro.

  • I WISH I LIVE IN JAPANE O_o
