Guys, did you know tiberian sun was originally planned to have more features in it? Like a full forgotten faction, placeable light towers the would blind infantry and reduce their range, more units etc. Now if only EA wasn't there to push up the release date, tib sun would be even better!

@Ch40T1cX No they are all in the game. Those were all for different things or customizations to the game.

Mutant faction is in the game too just not playable. Its for auto-map maker and some of the missions where you fight the mutants as NOD I think.

But from what I read, they changed the play style greatly and it ended with Kane being Cain from the Bible (big surprise, EA corrupted the game with Christian bullshit) and then he went through a portal so he wouldn't "be doomed to walk the earth for eternity" or some shit. Even though Kane in C&C 3 was actually a clone...

in C&C 4 you cant build a base and the story sucks !

but for me tiberian dawn and tiberian sun are the best C&C´s (Renegade is cool too) in tiberium saga

It also seems like both factions' tech is higher in Tiberian Sun than Tiberium Wars. That was also disappointing. But I did like how Nod repurposed old GDI aircraft in Tiberium Wars.

I don't like being one of those guys who just goes to the C&C music's comments just to bitch about EA. But seriously, EA just can't replicate Westwood's C&C legacy. :,(

@AdvancedWarfighter08 believe it or not this song along with most of the Tiberian Sun soundtrack was composed by Jarrid Mendelson and not Klapacki. Only Time Bomb, Infrared, Approach, Mad Rap, Valves, and What Lurks were written by him in the Official Soundtrack. This is one of the big reasons why Tiberian Sun's soundtrack was much darker than c&c1, RA1's, and RA2. I actually like the darker nature of Tiberian Sun's better. Dusk Hour is another by Jarrid Mendelson. Great Track.

By the point of TS, most of human civilization had competley collapsed and Europe and Asia, entire continents, were wastelands.

It's not cities that Nod and GDI fight over, it's tiberium deposits and strategic locations, roads, bridges, bases and resources.

On top of that, GDI are more hated then Nod by most people outside habitable zones.

Also, one of the largest cities in the middle east is in Egypt - Cairo, Egypt is not 'out in the middle of the desert' it's a whole state.

SC2 is great, but lacks the soul of the Tiberian Series.

Harder ai and singleplayer missions. Customisable drop pods/dropships for multiplayer and a Bajiion more like husky would say :P. Sadly EA rushed production made tiberian sun only a great game :/

This is the only RTS game that I really connected with during my childhood. C&C Tiberian Sun enhance brain performance and capabilities. After playing this I can say that Im better person than I was before. My only mistake was that I stoped playing this game for a few years, and brain cababilities obviously went down. But Im sure a Tiberian Sun skirmish will recharge my brain in no time!
