If you mean most of the end -- that's all NightVIsion. But if you mean the part where the guy in orange is running in the sand - that's just playing with Color Corrector in Sony Vegas.

As of November, yes. I'm pretty pleased with it -- this video looks better than the rest of them so far because I've started rendering the videos in a higher quality.
