sorry to say I was the guilty blonde ecstatic fan in this video. Shaky was not a name at all at that time. His fans came from the ELVIS musical and my job was cheerleader for him amongst the fans. Yes we are both dressed to match in pink and black. I wish he had stuck to his raw talent though and not gone commercially pop. See him do Eddie Cochran.

This was a Christmas special, wasnt it? I think the band, especially Shaky, had been overindulging before the recording. Not content with slurring into the mic at 1:12, he then attempts to decaptitate the band with the mic stand, jumps onto the piano and then falls to the ground bringing guitarist Joe Brown with him! A concerned director quickly cut to a commercial break.
