So after i get it from there.. then i see other cars. The same with every other MOD i put. I dont see the car on the street.... how can i change that?

@TheRussiankenny Odd, your card is better than mine so should easily handle higher graphics settings. Did the installation of the card install any add on software like game recording, as I found with my Asus 550Ti it came with some and lagged up the game, uninstantiated it and the lag went away. I know this seems odd, but try checking to see if you have any unessential programs running in the background and stop them. It might help if you have got some running.
