If they wanted to use acoustic effects they would of done from the start. they could of even done the hetfield thing if they needed to but they probably decided the song works better live with distortion all the way instead.

@mugen404 I like both his vocals. I like the way he approached the darker voice on the earlier albums, but also the voice he has today. It sounds well trained in my opinion :) every album has its good parts imo. But yes my personal favorite is also Jester race :)

Well, he simply cant have his "old vocals" cause when In Flames were recording Lunar Strain, Anders wasn't even member of band. Whole Lunar Strain vocals belong to Mikael Stanne from Dark Tranquility.

Both amazing bands, and both awsome vocalists.
