I really WANT to believe all this suff works, and maybe it does in some circumstances, but most probably not always. The attackers are always assumed to be complete idiots btw..
@Fulmarmusic You do understand this is talking about how to DEFEND yourself.. not going out to kill someone with a magazine right? @twoblink for all intent and purposes your right... but if I was going to show an audience how to kill seom1 with a magazine for the purposes of entertainment rather than enlightenment, you better damn well have an enlightened audience

That said, from his accent, he's clearly an Aussie.. First rule of self-defense is run away if you can. A strike to the sinus with a magazine will not "kill" anybody, just will buy you time to run away, which is his point. Anything can be a weapon; when your life depends on it.
@Fulmarmusic I have taken a LOT of self-defense classes; and I can tell you the MOST important thing is.. don't get stuck in those situations in the first place! Be safe.
that just goes to show, keep only 1 bullet in firearm when you wanna rob something
