Hi guys i play a lot of football/soccer and my weak legs hip is getting injured on both outside and in, it's not my groin u checked what should I be doing?
These are good exercises. I'm still visiting this place after 3 years! :) Anything for the back as well? Although some of these exercises do help with the back.
I've had to go for physio due to a pain in the butt which was in fact caused by weak hip muscles. I have been told to stop my dance classes until I build up strength and control. The exercises on this video are working wonders although still can't do the sumo squat with my ankles on the floor!Hopefully be back at my dance classes in no time. Thanks for the help.
41 if you hear clicking in your bones it probably means that you're just a tad out of shape or not used to the motion, it could also be that you're doing it wrong or the exercise is actually hurting you. Might want to talk to a doctor.
I have a piercing pain in my rear upper hip on one side when I do split stretching.(side stretching)Ill try this out, I need to get excercises that will help lubricate my hip joint. this is good, thanks for uploading :)

you shoud pull on the back of the thigh instead of the knee because it can damage the cap
