i love vintage video footage, however, i feel like you tried to do too much with this one video. while at points you are certainly congruent with the song, at other intervals you merely insert a transition to another irrelevant piece of film. Additionally, you begin the video hinting at an almost metaphorical symbolism for "monsters" and later use literal images for other lyrics such as "animals." I am not complaining- but if i were in your shoes would want some constructive criticism. ty forvid

The lyrics are very illusive, ambiguous. I think everyone can connect with this song. Everyone has monsters. I might be wrong, but this video makes me beleive that nostalgia is your monster. Either way, great video. "If I am lost it's only for a little while." - For some reason that line gives me a lost feeling. However, it also feels me with hope. The power of a song is intense.

That's is somewhat true. Heavy Metal now is exactly what you said it is. But then there is music like Megdeth, Metallica(before the black album), or Slayer which had meaning to it ,and soul put into it. I listen to all sorts of music.
