  • Sick truck. what rims are those?

  • hey man idk how you emissions is in your state but i was wondering if u have went to get them done with that exhuast setup i recently cut my mufflers out in my 8.1 and it sounds mean but i now have to go get my tags n emissons jus wondering if they make a big deal

  • Do you still have the cats on there?

  • @Motoman154 yes i still have the 2 cats and 2 pre-cats

  • dude. this is a nice set up and i love the sound! im puttin a 10 on my dakota and wanna know what kind of turndowns you have and or if they come in 2.5"?

  • what size tires are those? are they the nitro grapplers?

  • @borntoberebel12 they look like super swampers not sure which one tho

  • very nice i just put true duals on my truck but flowmaster44s wit hooker full length comp. headers and mine is just as loud maby louder

  • nice f-ing truck man.

  • i was think about putt flowmaster 10 on but will the cop pull you over and give you a ticket

  • with no cats maybe but there only one way to find out. i would probaly run super 40 two chamber in your position

  • @teddyss350 @rtccustoms my friend got 2 10's on a y pipe on his 06 4.7 dakota cause the shop said that hed get decibel tickets, but i have another friend who got a single 10 with the same engine and he doesnt get any, its just louder from far away

  • great sound.

  • AMAZING looking truck... wow.

  • im all bout ford and BBF's but this is just wicked

  • p.s. this isnt my account its my little brothers

  • no just flowmaster

  • yeah i got a 2001 1500HD gmc sierra and people tell me to put an exhaust and a cut out but then it will sound loud not good, what do you preffer on exhaust?

  • do you just have the flowmaster exhuast in there, because it sounds mean just idling.

  • yeah i did. i completely forgot to post it up haha. did it at my friends garage and it sounds sick. ill try and get a video up soon

  • Sounds great and that painted driveshaft is tight

  • Comment removed

  • Nice truck.

  • i like the way you set up your exhaust. im thinkin of doin that set up witht the 10 series on my 94 bronco. do you like those 10 series? and some times videos distort what exhaust sounds like in real life, what do they sound like if ur standing next to the truck and everyday driving?

  • Yeah i love the 10 series flowmaster they sound really good since i have turn downs. inside the cab really isnt to bad it sloud inside but not like bnlowing your eardrum loud its still comfortable. and outside the truck its loud really loud. i was doing some research and jeff gordon on his nascar runs the competions 10 series exhast so the 400hp compared to his 800hp there will be difference but thats just an example. try lookign at the videoe i have. 2500hd playing in the mud.youl hear it beter

  • thanks man! that really helps alot. i mean im 16 so i dont really have alot of money and ur set up seems to be a good and less expensive way to do it. i think im going to y it from the cat and connect the 2 tens to each end of the y pipe and then some turndowns. thank thatd work?

  • yeah i know what you mean i am 19 now and got it when i was 18 and its alot of money to be working on those truck and the mufflers each were i believe 250 or 300 but i did the work myself. i am the only person who touches my truck and yeah you have to connect the muffler after the cat to pass smog and when you but the 10 series make sure that its a center inlet/outlet not the offset ones cause they dont perform aswell. let me know and il help you out with any questions

  • dude u have no idea how much of a help this is right now ha. but good god 300? i found them on summit racing for 75

  • 75 bucks thats good but including tax and shipping and handleling it may come out to around 220 or something too but thats good mine was around 300 because i had to by some pipe and didnt have a pipe bender for my turn downs so i had to go to a shop and have them bend the pipe and also if you want to save some money the super 40 is really good sounding my buddy has one super 40 which is 2 in 1 out with a turn down 3" piping and that sucker is loud too so its up to you

  • yeah a friend of mine has a super 40. it sounds good but i like the sound of the 10 series cuz its got that muscle sound.

  • okay cool well when you get it on make sure you get a good video of it and let me know so i can check it out. good luck bro

  • so just simple cat then pipe then y pipe then mufflers then tips? and thanks again

  • well im not sure how your exhaust is set up bit fron the engine it will go to some pipes or downtubes fron the exhaust manifold then it ounds like its a y-pipe then the cat then to your muffler right? so if thats the case just shorton the pipe from the muffler to cat and put the new muffler like 6 to 10" behind that to the back. that would be loud and are you just going to be running 1 or 2 mufflers?

  • both my down tubes go into a 2 in 1 out cat then like 3 feet of pipe then stock muffler. i wanna set it up like how you have it but cant figure out how uve got it behind the mufflers and how u get them next to eachother like that

  • and im running 2

  • okay cool and my system is a true dual system so each bank has its own exhast system so the left bank crosses over to the right side of the truck and runs seperate next to each other till my two cats. one on each bank then my two mufflers.

  • ha sweet. yeah i deffinatly dont have enough for true dual. i wish though. im thinking the best way i could do it is after the cat do a y pipe with 2 pipes going about 3 feet then the 2 mufflers side by side with some turn downs. feel free to correct anything to make it better

  • okay hmm.. okay so your exhaust goes 2 to 1 then to the cat then 3ft of pipe then muffler. if you want to do what you suggested since you donthave money to go true dual what o would do would be after your cat go about 6" or so to a Y-connector like your 2 to 1 set up then go a few inches not 3 ft and put the 2 mufflers there. thenyou can run side by side like mine and it keeps it short and louder than adding that extra 3ft of piping. does that make sense to you sound better?

  • yeah that makes alot of sense. except that the cat is 2 to one haha not before the cat. its 2 inlets and one outlet. but either way what u said is basically the same thing and i know what ur talkin about with a y pipe. so yeah after the cat go 6" then y pipe then i can put the mufflers directly to the y pipe? that would cut off those couple inches after the y pipe.

  • okay cool. so i dont know if you have any sensors like the OBD II sensor before and after your cat i know i do but if you dont you can just hook the new Y-pipe to the cat givine a few inches then weld the exhaust to the end of the Y- pipe and that will keep it short and mean sounding. yeah any other questions feel free to ask. is your bronco stock right now?

  • the exhaust is stock but its lifted 6 inch with 35's. i got it for 3000 and its in such good condition for a 15 year old car. the guy before me bought it in 94 and put covering over all the upholstery so when i took the covering off when i got it the interior was flawless.

  • it was all stock when i got it and had to save for so long to lift it tho haha

  • okay cool yeah that exhaust its going to sound sick man you definitly have to make a video once you do it and upload it cause i want to hear that definitly. do you wheel alot?

  • yeah dude i will. yeah i did alot. but then i got mud in my bearings and that tore them up along with my break pads. i thot i got all of it when i cleaned it but it was sitting muddy for a couple days before i cleaned it so i guess it got in. so long sotry short i had to pay 500 to get it fixed and so my parents said i cant go or a while cuz theyed rather me spend my money putting lifts and exhaust and stuff rather than putting money inot just fixing it everytime it breaks

  • yeah i know what u mean. i always have to clean out my brakes everytime i go in the mud or anything. where do you wheel at do you live in cali?

  • nooo so far away haha i live in virginia. and various places...i live near yorktown virginia which is basically open land with alot of mud holes everywhere.

  • oh for reals wow. yeah my dad was born in Virginia on a naval base way back when but thats cool you got all that open land i wish i had that around here. now we have so many homes being built and so many rules and laws it is so much BS now over here i hate it

  • yeah there are no rules in yorktown...half the cops go mudding too so they dont enforce stuff...but when u get to virginia beach they get u for everything. skatboarding on the boardwalk...surfing too close to swimmers...i can bet that once i get this exhaust on they will try to give me a ticket...im actually siked cuz i wanna be like ha take a look under my truck..completely legal buddy. haha

  • dude i know what you mean but the cops will looks and think its legal but really the db rates its illegale hahaha

  • damn it i cant figure out where i would cut the second cat off. the piping between the 2 cats is about 4 to 6 inches but its wierd looking pipe. like not perfectly circular and odd shaped.

  • well you probally have to leave them both on because you have to have both of them to pass smog i belive just after the last cat is were i would cut and then the y pipe and then weld the new exhast on

  • i went to a few auto shops today and they said most people take the second cat off broncos anyway and said i could cut it right on the end of the first cat and butt weld the pipe to that. a friend of mine has a bronco aand only one cat and he passes inspection

  • hey man well then you got your answer right there. just do what they said and take the last cat off and weld the why pipe and put the two 10's on and your set bro

  • yeah ive gott put about a foot of pipe before the y pipe to get clearance for the 2 mufflers. but either way itl sound sweet

  • yeah it will i cant wait to hear it how long do you think til its done

  • well i gotta order the parts tonight. then idk how long itl take to get here...then i have to set up a weekend with my friends shop and itl prolly only take 3 or 4 hours. but when it is done ill def try to upload a video. im not 100 % sure how to upload them off a camcorder but ill try haha

  • okay sweet so a couple of weeks and it will be done thats cool and your camcorder takes video i imagine and what i did was connect it to the computer tru a usp cord and go to my computer then save video file then go to youtube and upload the saved file and your done its actually prety easy bro

  • haha yeah dude. ive got some money left over after this so i think im gonna get dual streeing stablizers

  • thats cool you going with ranch steering stabilizers. i was loking at some for my ruck then relized i have IFS so i couldnt do it anyways if i wanted to lol so i just replaced the old single shock with a anch 5000 i think it was

  • yea dude thats sweet. they make really nice ones for late model trucks

  • thats cool il have to check them ou and i just rhino lined the side of my truck it lloks sweet il have to put up some pictures

  • yah dude i bet

  • hey man did you ever get your exhaust?

  • needs a cam now

  • brad trucks is VERY NICE

  • dammit man!! sounds good. and i like the candy cane paint driveshaft lol.

  • thats bad ass
