Ok, I understand that this would be a crash landing but you could get it down smoother and could not going with the nose down.... Plus that you had to do a standard aproach, a circle to the left, till you get alligned with the runway, and then land properly and slow.... And safe...

The jet craft you're flying in the vid is the DO-219 , you came in real hot and fast , I didn't see the landing gear , perhaps your landing gear was dammaged.

I haven't seen that character animation before where he looked like he was thanking God for surviving. ( thats very touching and educational )

it's just one of the best games of all time.

if you don't have it , you suck as a gamer , that should motivate you.

Thanks for posting the vid , CFS3 has become my defacto WWII combat flight simulator base line standard.

I've modified mine with Fire Power 1.08 mod and changed the uimusic.wav to the A-Team theme song made from an mp3 of it.

I never thought I would even give a damn about CFS3 but it's very rich in WWII data , I'm not sane but I'm going to say this anyway , if you don't know the details of WWII you suck , and you don't have the right to be called a gamer.

Ho-229. It was a late WWII German jet bomber that never got past its prototype state.

It was intended to be a stealth bomber as well, as the majority of its construction was wood. It apparently had a 20% decrease in radar detection than a standard aircraft of its day.

Think that waas a hard landing try doing a STOL in that thing! Start at Southampton as then head straight for the enemy factory wich is nearby, if u aim to land past the biulding theres a short uphill open strip of land. Thats what you can land on if you'v got the skills! try it in the P-38 or B-25 first if u like get as slow as you can without lossing elevator control.

i got it down in 3 tries lol

thats because of its design

its smooth underneath so nothing catches underneath.

i tried it on other planes

impossible(well not impossible but you need to go like 5 MPH for a smooth landing)
